Location was great and central, just like in the name.
The pillows were plentiful but more similar to smaller throw pillows. There was a lot of construction at the main intersection near the hotel, not at fault to the hotel, of course.

The room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were nice. One receptionist who was on duty when we checked in was very helpful.
We needed to stay one extra night because our flight was cancelled due to the strike at the airport and we paid 208 euros for 1 night without breakfast. On booking.com the price for the same room is 166 euros. This was a real rip-off. I told the same receptionist who booked it for us and she said that the prices change. But on Booking.com it's still 166euros!

We liked how the building was brick work . There was one member of reception team who was great . Breakfast was basic but pleasant.
Being rung in the room and someone banging on door at 12.05 shouting checkout time was 12.00. Given I was disabled getting myself into my wheelchair and getting luggage sorted to leave room does take a little longer . We requested an accessible room due to my disability. What we got was a room with big enough space for wheelchair and a grab rail by the toilet. There were no grab rails in shower and the bathroom which was unsafe and whilst a painted box was under sink could be used ,it was unclean and unhygienic. I ended up slipping and twisting my knee even though I had my partner for assistance. The bathroom had an awful odour of urine and the shower drain was filthy. 1 member of staff was lovely on Saturday afternoon.
