Wonderful
The staff were accommodating; and the breakfast included was sufficient for starting the day; they were able to give me a room prior to the usual check-in time too. The location is close to Brussels Central station, and there is even an access point to the metro beside it that also connects to the train station. The rooms are decently sized as well.
This is more of a preference: to have a bidet as part of the ensuite toilet inclusions

Great hotel in Brussels. Rooms newly decorated and good size. Staff very friendly. Reception area with comfortable lunge area and free coffee. Easy walk from central station and main historic area

Staff pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
Room was large and comfortable bed.
Teamaking facility although not enough choice - one teabag of 2 different types were not enough for daily requirements.
Television sound was very poor and didn't have news station easily accessable and with English translation.

Great location. Nice staff. The bed is comfy and big.
Can not adjust well the air conditioning in the room. It’s too hot for summer. It made us need to open the window but it’s noisy on the morning and in front there are office.

It was clean and well-decorated. As you see in the pictures. They gave a free umbrella in the room to borrow. That was a nice touch. Waffles were great at breakfast. The breakfast was yummy. Local jam for the waffles was a nice touch.
There wasn’t any furniture to unpack my clothes or iron for my clothes. I could hang up my clothes on 3-4 hangers. That was about it.

Great location, nice functional room with large bed.
The room did not have air conditioning, although the website states there is air conditioning. No fans were available. We had the windows open, but the location is on a busy corner with active construction. It was not a restful stay.

Disappointing
The front desk service was very helpful and accommodating—they allowed me to check in early. The location is excellent, right in the center of Brussels, making it convenient to go anywhere.
It was such a hot day, and there was no air conditioning—only a slight breeze. I ended up sleeping while sweating. There was an insect coming out of the bathtub pipe—not a cockroach, but some other kind of bug. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom was broken.

Location, value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Did I say location and value for money? 10/10
Air con the in rooms wasn’t very effective after temperatures hit 34 degrees during the day. It was a busy location so noisy outside with the windows open. But otherwise everything was great

Decent city centre hotel near the central station from where we could take trains to wide variety of locations. Good spacious rooms, comfy beds. Decent breakfast with variety of cold and hot food. Friendly and helpful staff.
As so often a shortage of shelf space in bathroom and a lack of darwer space for clothes. Need to take your own hangers as limited number provided. Space limited in breakfast room. Done the best they can but crowded at busy times. Whilst good location for central station major roadworks immediately outside made finding hotel challenging. Advance notice and directions would have been helpful.

Hotel is well located in Downtown Brussels. Area has a lot of construction sites nearby, making it a little uncomfortable to walk around.
Hotel could have more comfortable beds and a nicer breakfast to make the daily fare worth it.
