The room was beautiful. Great location close to the central station and metro station. The staff was very helpful and I was able to check in earlier. If I ever visit Brussels again, I will choose this hotel again. :)

Very Good
A clean simple hotel; huge room and everything I needed. However huge windows that overlooked the windows of the office block directly (and close) opposite.

Central location near train & subway stations. Friendly, helpful staff and comfy, quiet room. It was a good refuge after a busy day of sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
You are literally in the middle of a huge capital city so the crowds, traffic and construction are everywhere. We enjoyed our stay but we were glad when we left Brussels and could relax again.

Location was very convenient; minutes of walking to the Central train station, Royal Palace and park, St Michels Cathedral, restaurants, etc. Breakfast had a good variety including eggs, ham, sausage, beans, waffles, cereals, fruit and chesses. Rooms were comfortable with AC which we appreciated because we were in Brussels during a heat wave. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
There is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel so that complicated walking. I was disappointed that the bathroom shower tiles had mold/mildew on the grout. Also, the toilet paper holder felt like it was going fall off the wall. My wife found the bed pillows to be uncomfortable. They had an unusual square shape and were puffy to the point where you could not stack one on top of another.

The shower fixtures are good and has both an overhead and a wand.
The stairwell is kept in a state of darkness as are the hallways. You have to press a button in the stairwell to get the lights to come on and I feel like that’s kind of not safe. I don’t like fixed glass panels in the shower that prevent you from turning on the water while standing outside. There was zero counter space in the bathroom. The safe was not large enough to store a 15 inch laptop.

Wonderful
Great location, very close to the central station and everything around. The rooms are air conditioned - a rarity in Europe, and a necessity with the heatwaves every year. Good decor, clean, modern, modern bathrooms, good beds / pillows / linens. Note that this area, including Jardin du mont des arts, Ru Royale and Palais, Rue de Namur to Waterloo - all of it is up an incline from Brussels central station and Grand Place / the city centre. The staff was wonderful - very courteous and helpful. They helped with the luggage when we arrived exhausted walking up from the central station at 10:30 pm. We stored our luggage until the evening after checkout. The lobby area is large and has a seating area with complimentary coffee / tea.
We wanted to stay here only for an overnight due to a mixup of dates with our booking elsewhere. I regret not choosing this hotel for our entire stay.
A recommendation: JAT cafe and Joe & the Juice on Rue de Namur - a cute cafe and a lunch bistro both with excellent choices for breakfast and lunch bites.
The rooms are a bit small depending on the room you get. We had three rooms. Two were decent, one was quite small. We were there only for an overnight, so it didn't matter much. The sides of the bathtub in at least one of the rooms was too tall. It was very inconvenient to get in and out for 70+ in our group, and a bit of a safety concern really.
The rooms have one exposed brick wall - a nice touch, but a cleaning nightmare. That wall felt dusty.
It would be great if there were built-in universal adapter sockets at bedside for world travelers.

Wonderful
Location is excellent as within walking distance to Grand Place (8-10 min), or main train station, and the metro station (Brussels central) is just beside the entrance of the hotel. 5-8 min walk to MIM museum (music instrument), unique and a must visit! Small hotel and very convenient as everything is compact within the hotel. The room is nice and fairly large. Does not fell like a chain hotel. Breakfast is simple, but the waffle is self made, hot and fresh. As well, we appreciate boiling our own egg, with a timer you can set to 3 min, 6 min or 10 min! Simplicity wins!
The outside round about is affected by construction when we stayed there, although no noise at night. Also relatively expensive, but we do know it is central Brussels.

We were welcomed by Noeman and Mahado at the front desk and the whole staff Carla, Edyta and Daniella went above and beyond with their assistance. My traveling partner fell a couple of times and the staff helped get us a walker from a pharmacy and arranged for taxis to get us around and arranged medical transport to a clinic where X-rays and a CT scan were taken. Since we had to cut our vacation short Edyta especially helped with arranging our flight back home to San Francisco on LOT Airlines and arranged for transport to Brussels Airport.
Nothing that we can think of because the staff took great care of us as stated above.

Very Good
Spacious room, quiet, the set up of the room, large bathroom
The mini fridge had very little space for a few personal purchases and was not very cold.
The breakfast not anough choice, the scrambled eggs were not cook to the point, too much liquid

Nice little hotel. Unique decor and small spaces well made use of. Good breakfast and super helpful staff. A big shout out to Carla at the reception who went out of her way to resolve a train reservation issue.

Good location
It would have been nice to know in advance to the amount of construction happening in the area. Made it difficult to walk to and from and also not having an ice machine kind of sucked too
