The mini fridge had very little space for a few personal purchases and was not very cold. The breakfast not anough choice, the scrambled eggs were not cook to the point, too much liquid

Nice little hotel. Unique decor and small spaces well made use of. Good breakfast and super helpful staff. A big shout out to Carla at the reception who went out of her way to resolve a train reservation issue.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. They are a valuable asset to the hotel. I also l enjoyed being near the Cathedral of St Michael. If you are a walker, it makes it easier to find your way back to the hotel.
There were areas that are quite dingy, actually dirty. At one point, the elevator door opened and I thought I had ended up in the basement. The room was very clean though.

(1) The room is really nicely furnished (industrial feel, exposed bricks on 1 wall, books available), matching pictures. I loved the way it looked. (2) Location.
(1) My room was the only room on level -1. It was next to the kitchen & utility rooms and in the evening until about 9 pm the noise was bad unless you would close the door to a little corridor inside the apartment. (2) The smell from the sewage / bathroom was unbearable. The solution was to shut the door. (3) The room being at level -1, I did not have a proper window -all I could see was part of people's legs.

The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with modern design details that made the atmosphere both cozy and elegant. The bed was excellent, and the soundproofing ensured a quiet and restful night despite the central location. The hotel’s location is a major advantage - just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and close to the Grand Place and other main attractions. It made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, creating a welcoming environment from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, design, and prime location. I would definitely choose it again for a stay in Brussels.

Good location, right next to the Central train station.
Terrible Wi-Fi, super slow download speed. The towels were bad quality and the sheets were not crispy white clean, but rather grayish from old wear. The rug was stained.

Location is good, close to the center and central station (which is pro and con at the same time). Tea/coffee in the lobby. Clean place
Awful smell of sewage in the bathroom, which oozes to the room. Strange heating/cooling system - it is rather hot in the lobby and corridors, but the room was cold and I doubt a/c was working in heating mode at all. Towels are already old and yellowish instead of white. No complimentary water for the price and laundry bag costs 15€ if you plan to keep it. Breakfast was scarce, furthermore dining area has long joint tables which stand close to each other which you share with other guests. That’s awkward. The location is good, but the street outside was loud and windows are not insulated. There are a lot of ambulances passing by the building very often (including in the night), cars honking, people shouting. Also mind that’s central station area is not quite pleasant to sea with homeless people, criminal elements lurking around (which is not the fault of the hotel of course, but as a woman on a single trip I recommend to be on alert). Overall 150€ per night is quite a lot for what you get in my opinion

The room was very cozy and charming. It had a beautiful balcony, a very nice shower, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommdating. Would stay again!

There's a lot of choices for breakfast. My room is spacious enough and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is very near the Central Train Station, St Michael's Cathedral and the Grand Place. The receptionists are great. They are very helpful and accommodating.
There is nothing that disappointed me.
