We were greeted by very friendly staff, especially as were late arriving. We stayed in one of the guest houses which are traditional and could do with a bit of updating but it was comfortable enough with a good shower. The location was perfect for exploring Bruges.

The breakfasts were outstanding, the staff was delightful and fun to talk to. Front desk staff were also exceptional and helpful planning dinners and
coordinating travel within the city.
The air conditioning was not working well. Rooms were a little stuffy.

The location is excellent. Centrally located with most all sites within walking distance. The room was good sized, the bed was comfy and the pillows great! The air conditioning was excellent! The bathroom was large and shower was nice and strong. The guest house is just a few yards away from a main street and, as we learned later, just steps away from the most photographed location in Bruges. We opened the windows for some fresh air and when we closed the windows we could not hear a thing!!! What a great surprise to find a guesthouse so centrally located and yet so quiet.
I did not read the listing completely and so did not realize that our reservation was for the guest house and not the hotel. Our building ( the guest house) did not have a lift (elevator). Thankfully the desk clerk helped carry our luggage to our room. The hotel, however, has a lift.

Fantastic location - close enough to just be a few mins walk to everywhere but also in a nice quiet area. While this was the guesthouse we also had access to the facilities of the Pand hotel.
The staff were excellent - chatty and friendly. We asked them for a recommendation for dinner and it was a great suggestion. They marked our tourist map with places to go, where the supermarkets etc were.
It was a very hot whilst we were there but the aircon in the room performed fantastically .
Nice solid wifi connection too.

The location was perfect — just a short walking distance from the conference I attended. The place itself was cozy and pleasant. I didn’t really see much of the staff apart from check-in and check-out, which was perfectly fine as I didn’t need anything. When I left, one of the reception staff members was especially kind and friendly, which left a great impression.
it wasn’t critical and I managed fine, but I did miss having a desk, as I needed to do quite a bit of writing.

Excellent location; right in the centre, yet despite that very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and lots of small extra touches to make you feel welcome.
Bathroom was clean but slightly tired.
