The location was perfect — just a short walking distance from the conference I attended. The place itself was cozy and pleasant. I didn’t really see much of the staff apart from check-in and check-out, which was perfectly fine as I didn’t need anything. When I left, one of the reception staff members was especially kind and friendly, which left a great impression.
it wasn’t critical and I managed fine, but I did miss having a desk, as I needed to do quite a bit of writing.

Excellent location; right in the centre, yet despite that very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and lots of small extra touches to make you feel welcome.
