The location is ideal - it's situatied at the city center, less than a 15 minute walks to the large cathedrals. It's a quiet and clean area. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, definitely worth the money in my opinion. The staff was also very friendly and kind.

Great location and nice hotel. Room was clean and well appointed.
Heating for the room was not functioning properly. Room was overly hot and we had to sleep with the window open, and therefore had loud disturbed sleep. When mentioning this to staff they said there was nothing they could do about this as it was a warmer spring. Other areas of the hotel were not as hot as our room. Sleeping was uncomfortable as a result.

The location is perfect and within 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. The rooms are extremely clean. The staff was so friendly upon arrival and the kids even got a special gift. We used the bar and restaurant. Both food, drinks, and wait staff are amazing. The outdoor pool was a gem to have; clean, grass areas, and patio areas to spend time. Our family could not recommend Novotel Brugge any more!
