Clean. Comfy bed and in a good location
After 3days cycling around 200miles in France and Belgium for charity we landed in Bruges. As soon as I walked into the lobby I was immediately told to get my bike out of the hotel. I asked what was the problem. I was told that the hotel did not allow bikes in the building. The bikes were not dirty as it was a great weather. I asked if we they had a meeting room or baggage room we could store them just for the night. I was just told blankly “no bikes”. So we had to stash are luggage of in there empty baggage room which would have had ample space for are bikes and much more. Walk over to are friend who where staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel. We where met by the most helpful woman who aloud us to store are bikes with are friend even though we weren’t staying there. She then offered us some ice cold water as we looked like we needed it. Since I’ve been back in the UK I’ve check the website and I cannot see any where is says anything about no being bike friendly.

The location is ideal - it's situatied at the city center, less than a 15 minute walks to the large cathedrals. It's a quiet and clean area. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, definitely worth the money in my opinion. The staff was also very friendly and kind.

Very good in location and 24/7 not far from the square. About 1 km. But the walk is amount pretty shop and restaurant. So it’s all good. Staff very friendly. Room clean and tidy.
