The location is perfect and within 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. The rooms are extremely clean. The staff was so friendly upon arrival and the kids even got a special gift. We used the bar and restaurant. Both food, drinks, and wait staff are amazing. The outdoor pool was a gem to have; clean, grass areas, and patio areas to spend time. Our family could not recommend Novotel Brugge any more!

The hotel’s location was excellent — very close to the train station and also within easy walking distance of the city center. Considering the price, I would have expected basic amenities such as hotel slippers to be provided. In addition, the room windows were positioned quite high, which created a feeling similar to being in a basement level.

Location was great. A short walk to the centre of Bruges, and lots of different routes to take which meant we saw something different each time we left the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of items on offer. Definitely worth paying extra for. We had a family suite which was a great size.
Couple of improvements: 1. Some more hanging space in our room for wet towels and coats (not enough for a family of four). 2. Ability to tilt the tv situated on the wall in the main room. We wanted to watch some tv in the evening, however sitting on the sofa and where the tv was located, meant viewing was a bit difficult. We had all four of us on the bed which was a bit of a squeeze!

Warm welcoming and friendliness of the Team :)). Up to date and cleanliness of the hotel.
The bed and pillows were a bit too soft to my taste as a ‘side sleeper’ and the adjusted bed a bit too hard. Good noise isolation in general, however the neighbors personal couple activities could be heard ?
