Good
In general, it was clean and cozy. Locationwise also was not very far from the center. It was nice that public parking was next to it.
The main issue was the pillow. it was not very convinent to sleep on it. We did not use breakfast service as I think 26 Euro per person is too expensive.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Brugge and would definitely recommend it.
The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, including the Market Square, restaurants, and the main attractions. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
One feature we really appreciated was the complimentary water fountain near the lobby. It allowed us to refill our bottles whenever we needed, which saved us from buying bottled water several times a day. It’s a small touch but very thoughtful and environmentally friendly.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.
There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The Google Cast feature on the TV didn’t work during our stay, and unfortunately it wasn’t fixed even after we reported it. Also, the breakfast toaster was quite slow and didn’t toast the bread properly. Replacing it would improve the breakfast experience.

Wonderful
The room was excellent, great size and perfect for a family with the bunk beds. The location was also very good, not quite in the main area which made it quiet but could walk to everything easily.
The check in staff seemed stressed out and we're not communicating with us just talking to each other. The pool was a little too chilly considering it was 'heated' .

Wonderful
Great location, the room was good and a good size for 3 people, Overall pretty clean facilities . The service was awesome, Anouk was super helpful and the rest of the staff were kind.
The pool could be cleaner (not as clean as I would like), no smoking on all the property (didn't like that people could be close to the pool and smoke, and bigger windows.

Wonderful

Pleasant
Location
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and we had to make the bed ourselves. The water carafe in the room did not have a lid and the staff were unable to provide one during our two-day stay. The staff at reception need to be a little more courteous at check in to make guests feel welcome, it felt like we were inconveniencing them by arriving and wanting to check in.

The room was beautiful, the hotel was great, the pool was wonderful, the bathroom was so nice and the shower was great!
The shower leaked a little bit onto the floor. But that's the only complaint I can make!

Very Good
Affordable, great breakfast, nice location
We were traveling with our young kids and this was clearly a popular hotel for business travelers. We felt out of place at times and worried our kids were too loud at breakfast and disturbing the other guests. The other tourist travelers were lovely and friendly though.
