Wonderful Staff . Everyone at the front desk was amazing. They made the place truly special. The hotel is located in the most perfect place. Connectivity is a breeze. 10€ uber to Brugge central. 10 min walk to the square. Very good Bars and restaurants which mostly locals visit are 2 mins away . Will not stay in any other place in Brugge. Thank you NH team for making my family’s stay truly memorable.

Location, staff and breakfast! Air con was very welcome. Sabine who checked us in gave great customer service making sure that she didn’t time even though there was a queue…
Felt quite tired, broken tiles in bathroom and really hard beds! Also the reading light got so hot I burnt myself…I did report this to the desk.

Very nice hotel, great location. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, so getting there is quite problematic. The staff is excellent!

The bathroom is a bit old and the shower in the bath tub is very inconvenient
