A very nice hotel. Great room with nice facilities. Part of old town area, walking distance from train. Easy to access both cities. Good breakfast.

Good
Room is exactly as described in the website of Booking.com where we booked it. Lots of charging ports. Breakfast was alright, not exceptional but acceptable. Hotel ambience is nice too. Location is close walking distance to the center, very convenient if you take the bus to and from the train station of Bruges. It's less than a min walking from the hotel, you can literally see it from the door.
areas that may need some attention: - We booked a room for 2 people but the amenities (toothbrush, etc) that were provided were only good for 1 person - The bathroom sink was permanently stuck (sort of). When you wash your hands, there is no way for water to go down the drain. The lever behind the faucet was not working. I asked frontdesk to fix it, Housekeeping indeed drained the water when we got back but the situation was not fixed. I had to brush at the bathtub so that the water stuck in the sink doesnt look disgusting. im sure not all rooms are like this. - The hallway at our floor from the lift to our room had a musty smell, perhaps the carpet needs a bit more cleaning.

Wonderful Staff . Everyone at the front desk was amazing. They made the place truly special. The hotel is located in the most perfect place. Connectivity is a breeze. 10€ uber to Brugge central. 10 min walk to the square. Very good Bars and restaurants which mostly locals visit are 2 mins away . Will not stay in any other place in Brugge. Thank you NH team for making my family’s stay truly memorable.
Nothing everything worked out extremely well

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was great, just 10 mins walk to the center of town. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking was easy just underneath the market place in front of the hotel.

Breakfast - ample and good Room - good size, view not great but a window that opened was a plus. Free water on arrival was nice but would have been nice to have this every day since the hotel shop was charging 4 euros for a 33cl plastic bottle

Wonderful
Very convenient location. Loved the charging stations in the room. Loved the variety of pillows. In most hotels, pillows are too large or thick for me. Loved having two comfortable chairs.
