Breakfast, location and staff are excellent!
The hotel seem a bit old, so you can see that the sink in the bathroom is a bit rusty for example-not really a problem when balancing all the positives :)

Good location, only 10min walk to the centre, close to the station, and the main parking garage for Bruges is next door. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall a good stay.
We got a room in the old part of the hotel, which had no elevator. Hard to carry our bags upstairs The rooms are a bit dated Housekeeping can be improved; they didn't refill the hand soap and we had to go down to reception for more

Clean. Good location. Provide body lotion. Provide drinks coupon if no house keeping is needed for the day.

Nice, big hotel, very polite staff, big room. Hotel is situated in the center and is big and have a nice small garden to have a drink.
I didn't like the pillows, but it is not a problem.

Perfectly situated just a couple of minutes walk to the historic city centre. If you arrive by car this is the place to stay. Parking is close. Large spacious room. Clean and has a historic charm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a large room with an enormous bed.
The room was not cleaned all that well, and the cleaners forgot to replenish our tea, coffee, and water one day. Plus (not the hotel’s fault, but) there was a very loud funfair outside our room that did not end until midnight.

The breakfast was not so good. Expencive and not much to choose from.
The breakfast, that we cud not bay food in evening. The bed was hard. The water was cold not warm.
