Its location and its decor. It felt authentic and comfortable.
Needs a bit of a refresh and while the beds are very comfortable, the pillows are not. And square pillows are not enough.

Location, relaxed atmosphere, very comfy bed, great choice at breakfast.
I would have liked more tea/coffee/milk to be provided in the room. Only had enough for one drink each per day.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed and fab shower room. It was great to have fresh towels every day. Really good breakfast.
I think the cost and location of parking ought to be clearer.
