Love the atmosphere, and location. The staff are so helpful. Restaurants, museums and the shops are all walking distance and the choice is both broad and varied.
My only comment was that the
Pictures of the suite I booked were not as accurate as they could have been, and our room did not have comfortable seating for relaxing after a busy day. However I must say I did mention this when we arrived and the reception staff did respond, and have now removed the misleading lounge photograph.

Great staff and great location. Quiet and away from the huge crowds, yet close enough to walk everywhere!
Bathtub / shower is a bit difficult to get in and out of.

Very comfy bed.
Staff were very approachable & helpful.
Tiny detail, but a mirror in the bedroom with a close by socket for hairstyling would be helpful.

The property was central and allowed us to walk everywhere including from the railway station.
The staff were very good and the breakfast was great.
We had a lovely room with a good view of the canal.

The family room and suite with canal view provided extra space. Some of the furniture (like the settee) showed use but that worked for us since we had young children. Beds were very comfortable. Large bathrooms.
A big plus for guests would be if the property provided a coin laundry area!

The hotel is very close to the grand place, big rooms, the staff was very helpful and kind. They assistant us right away.
The hotel needs some renovation.
