The receptionist fast tracked our entry to our room. We were caught in a downpour of rain and were soaked. This kindness went a long way to make our stay enjoyable. A lovely breakfast was served and staff were attentive to every need.

Two proper double beds in family room and not a sofa bed.
We asked a member of staff about trips to Ypres but he wasn’t helpful and just said he’d look at the internet which we could do. Not what you expect. No tea/coffee in room and had to pay for a starbucks machine in the lobby yet other hotels we stayed in on our tour around Belgiun had coffee in the room or free in lobby. Slow hairdryer in bathroom with no mirror over table in room. Very basic for the price. Hot room in roof too even with aircon. Wouldn’t choose again.

Everything is perfect. The location is top in the heart of the city, right next to the Tower. The area is full of shops and restaurants, but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful.
The only thing missing is a small refrigerator.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms and bed I liked there environmental approach with a bigger min bar/ convenience store downstairs
While most of the staff were friendly and helpful our lady on check in didn’t even say hello
