The hotel is beautifully located in a park. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially one of the trainees that worked in the morning. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Many choices at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is closed to a main street and there is trafic noise through the whole night. Location a very far away from the center.

Very Good
The booking in process was good and efficient. The Staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and reasonably equipped. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
The Bar area was small and a little uncomfortable but the staff friendliness was good and made a difference

The location was great, out of the way and quiet, but still close enough to the city. The breakfast and coffee were very good and there was lots of activities available to entertain the kids. They even took a dip in the pool after a long day of basketball.
The pool was pretty cold, it said heated but it sure didn't seem like it was. Also, with all the activities available sometimes the smaller kids at the hotel seemed to get a little bit out of control.

Wonderful
It’s exceptionally kid friendly and with lots of entertainment including bouncy castle, trampoline and of course the pool.
The main courses in the buffet dinner were a little bland but that’s it!

Honestly that only good thing it had parking
Everything… service was not good rooms are not clean and old . I would recommend spending little more and getting a different hotel . Was not worth the money and my husband has bites on both his legs I’m guessing it’s bed bugs. I would not recommend this hotel.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly. Lobby and room were and nice and renovated, bed was comfy.
Our friends had an odd experience: they were sitting in the lobby having drinks (waiting for my husband and I to come down to meet them) and overheard someone order drinks and provide their (our friends) room number to pay for the drinks. Later when our friends confronted the bartender about this, he laughed it off.
About 15-20 minutes later, the man who had ordered the beer got up and left his half drank beer on the table. The bartender ended up closing down the bar and then had a seat and finished off the beer the other guy had left. Not sure what was going on here, but it seemed a little odd. When our friends checked out, they had to clarify no other charges were charged to their room, and there were none, thankfully. Just an odd experience.
Only other thing- Bathroom needed updated, we wished we stayed closer in the downtown area.

Poor
This is not a 4-star hotel. And definitely not worth ~150 euros per night. The air conditioning was not working, so they provided us with 2 small fans. The hair dryer was not working either. The hotel is extremely run down and in need of massive restoration. There was mould in the bathroom and it was totally not clean.
It is about 15 mins from Bruges by car. I would not recommend to stay here.

This hotel definitely is not a 4 star hotel it's a lover rating...
Parking should be included in the overall price as the hotel is not near the city center as is in the suburbs and is not really suitable to go by walk to Brugge center.
Also pay attention to the Booking price which is stated that taxes are included but they are not, so you must pay the taxes in the hotel...

Disappointing
Great Location! Great Staff! Lots of area for parking
No AC in rooms, very old rooms, it's not big enough. There was no AC in room, i need to go ask for iron box, microwave, etc. due to the weather change and no AC we got sick. I don't think Americans will like the hotel. Not sure about Europeans
