The team on Reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Close to main route so easy route to Ghent and back to LeShuttle.
We were lower priority than a cycling group. e.g. (1) Could not eat Breakfast in the Breakfast area. (2) Reserved table for dinner, could not eat in restaurant, food was OK - when we came to order Dessert we were told NO last order is 8:00pm due to cycling group. The sign said last order at 8:45pm, no one warned us about this. Hotel organised Taxi to drop off point. UBER was cheaper and door to door

The room we selected did not have air conditioning, and with the heat these days in Europe, it is very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Although the room had a fan, the noise made it hard to sleep well. I am not aware whether other rooms do have air conditioning; if so, this should be clearly communicated.

Nice ambience in the hotel and in good settings and grounds.
Was denied a dinner when arriving in the evening after driving all the way from the UK. The restaurant was already full, but the hotel advertised online that room service was available until midnight. This option for a pizza on room service was also denied to me, even though the restaurant closes at 9pm or so. Very disappointing that they wouldn't accommodate what they advertised on room service.

The receptionist, Bavo, was excellent, giving us a wonderful welcome. He explained every detail. He gave the children a gift box containing chocolates, drawing books, and sweets. Breakfast was fantastic.
There isn't Slipper, they sell it. There isn't welcome drink. We requested heater, they didn't bring it. It is far from center.

It was a nice location easy to get to Bruce bike car early in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent size and the beds were comfortable.

Overall, the experience was fine, and everything you’d expect was there: spacious rooms, breakfast, and on-site parking within the hotel grounds - though it wasn’t free for some reason
It feels a bit overpriced for what you get. The location isn’t in the city, there were stains on the carpet, and the furniture looks worn and dated. I’ve had a similar experience elsewhere for about half the price

The hotel is beautifully located in a park. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially one of the trainees that worked in the morning. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Many choices at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is closed to a main street and there is trafic noise through the whole night. Location a very far away from the center.
