Wonderful
Location, room size and comfort were top notch, along with a really nice courtyard. Large windows with a view was amazing!
Can get a bit noisy at night depending on the room. Some furnitures just felt out of place and more of an afterthought. (Especially the black closet) It did not go with the rooms decor and had holes in them and it squeaked even as you walked past it. The other big downside was that they didn’t provide any coffee maker in the room

Exceptional
Enormous room, perfect location for exploring Bruges, easy self check-in experience. Very cool building with a private courtyard that was a great place to bring takeout food.
Only minor gripes: would be nice to have any sort of shelf for storing personal items in the shower. There was also no convenient place to hang hand towels by the sink.

Poor
The location was near the city center.
A bed and breakfast with no breakfast served. The staff was non-existent, and the room was dirty. Spiders in the tub and mosquitos everywhere.

Good
A beautiful old house that has been converted into rooms. Nice furniture and a welcoming outdoor space.
The area is very noisy. People were yelling in the streets at all hours of the night.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was beautiful and so spacious. It was like having a small apartment. Marble floors. High ceilings. Loved the balcony. Minutes from main square of old city.

Wonderful
The location was perfect for everything we did. Even a patisserie and launderette were less than a 5 minutes walk! Market square was also just a few minutes walk.
We were pleased with everything.

Good
The location is exceptional. The room size is also great. Really lovely to have Netflix to watch. We also appreciated the privacy.
Hello, we had room Winter 1. It had a king-sized bed, but unfortunately, it was incredibly uncomfortable. There was never a person at reception that we saw, and in fact, we only saw one other person there. We could have called reception, I suppose, but changing a bed is very difficult, and I was told the first night the hotel was sold out. The other thing is the shower has no door separating it from the rest of the room, so there was no privacy.

Very Good
I have to admit, I made a mistake booking this hotel because I do not like automated entry and exit. There is no personal contact, and it generally diminishes the local atmosphere of a location. That said, the hotel was a pleasant surprise and all the automatic instructions worked perfectly, though I wonder what would have happened if we had issues. Location was perfect and rooms were large.
As said, I am not keen on 'less personal' hotels. My room did not have a dedicated shower (only bath and shower head) which I missed.

The place was massive, over two stories (although the upstairs had no furniture in it) and a balcony. One bathroom, one separate toilet and one shower room and a massive living area. Extremely comfortable bedroom. Shame I only stayed for one night and by myself! Location was fantastic too. Literally a 2 minute walk from the stunning centre of Bruges
I chose to use the public parking and the nearby one was full so I did have to lug my suitcase and other bag for a good 20 minutes. Issue being that I couldn't pull my case given the cobbled streets. It is what it is though as it's an old and beautiful city. I think you can use parking offered by the property but I wasn't able to sort this out from my end

The room and hotel as a whole were gorgeous. We had mentioned we were travelling for our honeymoon, and they upgraded our room considerably, left us a bottle of champagne, and a congratulations note. So very kind. Everything was amazing. the location, comfort, and the suite. We couldn't thank they enough.
