Disappointing
The staff were lovely and super helpful, really kind as well. The breakfast was really good and the room was pleasant.
There was an awful sewage smell in our bathroom. Really bad and that ruined the whole experience.

Everything. The location is exceptionally beautiful, but also quiet away from the throngs of tourists (guilty). The breakfast was plentiful, delicious and overseen by friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were very comfortable and attractive. The staff were so friendly and good humoured, it was such a warm and welcoming place to stay. And the building is absolutely stunning - 100% the Bruges you come to experience. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff who looked after us.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and the location is excellent. The room was not very large, but it was sufficient for a comfortable stay.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, which could be improved with a proper solution.

Beautiful property, loved our room. Lovely old style decor in keeping with the age of the property. Staff great, fantastic breakfast selection and bar area nice to relax. Location perfect - short & pleasant walk to the main areas. Would highly recommend
Not the hotels fault but walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours, who I feel did not appreciate how loud they were talking! So, if you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs. Would not put me off staying again or recommending though!!

Quiet location a short walk to the historic center and close to a grocery store. Cozy room and vibe. Wonderful staff.
Be aware of some steep stairs and low ceilings in places. Not a problem, part of the historic charm.
