Really cool place staff were lovely, rooms were spotless! Room had good aircon loads of extras like chocolates and toiletries and a fridge with drinks that were €3 each and leaving we were given a bag of cookies which was a nice touch

The location is lovely, the room was great for 4 persons
The parking is very expensive and only till noon €25. No reason to not allow till 230pm say in time for when next person arrives
The drinks at the bar are also expensive and not the best.

Such a charming inn on a quiet canal. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates by very friendly staff. The breakfast offered is extensive and has everything you would want. All the sites in Bruges are in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
Only one small criticism. The eggs at breakfast were not that warm. Perhaps if the serving dish was heated it would keep the eggs warmer.

Our air cooler in our room was not working efficiently and very noisy for 2 days , we were upgraded to another room, whilst the problem was sorted out.
The overnight manager was very helpful.

Hotel was well appointed. Nice room over looking canel. Excellent breakfast.
Air con leaked and left water on floor making it slippery. They waived price of 2 beers as compensation.

We were so thrilled to relocate to this hotel. The air conditioning, staff and rooms were incredible! The value was incredible. The welcome box of chocolate and parting cookies were the cherry on top! Unbelievably impressed. Canal views were perfection!

The breakfast and breakfast room on the canal were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The workout room was perfect. The location was quiet and away from the busy center but just a short walk.
We had a ground level room with a window onto the outdoor patio which made it less private. If I were to visit again I’d request a room in the canal (and happily pay more for it).
