Very enjoyable stay! The room was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with a super comfy bed and lovely complimentary toiletries. There was a slight musty smell in the room initially, but it was only a minor issue and didn't affect our stay. The main hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were outstanding—so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout. Nice bar and atmosphere, although it didn't serve cocktails. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed in The Palace Residence and were over the moon with pretty much everything here. The location is great > very central & with everything within walking distance…. That said it’s still nice and quiet just off a Main Street. Then from the great initial impression upon checking in, our expectations were then matched by the wonderful bedroom & bathroom, the beautiful gardens, secure parking, and more! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bruges.

Atmosphere, staff, location were all amazing. The afternoon drinks outside were very enjoyable.
We stayed in the residence which were lovely, however didn’t enjoy the steep stairs from the entrance to our rooms26&27

Location was excellent. Easy access walk from train. Staff great. Bed excellent. Aircon worked perfect in 30+ weather. Bed comfortable. Quite. Clean. Breakfast was great.

Great quiet location.
Stayed at the residences, and they were located on the street behind the hotel. No room service available for the residences. Had to walk around the hotel, and enter back through their lobby in order to use amenities or the restaurant. No back door, to those rooms… Very uncomfortable if carrying bags or with bad weather.

Good location-central but quiet, nice size room with comfortable bed
Updated maintenance needed. Shower issues- first water only ran extremely hot, reported it and it was 'fixed' but then only ran cold. Had to report a second time then was eventually sorted. Design of shower means floor gets wet and slippy after use. Flush panel for toilet also fell off at one point. Not expected for price paid.

We were upgraded to a premium room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Perfect location in Bruges a short walk from everything. Would stay here again.
Our room key kept deactivating but luckily we had 2 keys.
