Breakfast catered for all tastes. The hotel was spotless. The decor was luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the bath in our top floor room. The roof sloped over the bath so you couldn’t stand up to have a shower. But it cannot be helped with the shape of the beautiful building.

Location of the hotel is excellent and the staff friendly and very helpful, we used the bar and restaurant which were both well kept and clean. Breakfast couldn't really have been better, the selection on offer was very good and the price reasonable. Our room was in the attic and reached by lift, It was large enough for us and in good condition.
Our only complaint was the shower over the bath, not only was it awkward to get into (the support handle was behind the shower screen); the shower head permanently faced away from the screen, meaning you got the room and towels wet every time you moved. Contrary to a review I read before booking, there is plenty of room for a walk in shower to be fitted in that room.

Breakfast was really tasty and the choice was above my expectations. The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms spacious and comfortable. My room was equipped with electric kettle which was great (I like to make my own coffee in the morning). The wellness part of the hotel was also great. Two different kinds of sauna and small gym - more than enough.

Beautiful decor, grand chandeliers and a stunning spiral staircase! Very polite and helpful staff. A good range of options for breakfast. Great location for exploring all that Bruges has to offer.
Square pillows were a little awkward but ok. Carpets were a little tired in places. No milk for tea in the bedroom but no big deal, I just had my tea downstairs at breakfast instead!

Large comfortable room with enormous wardrobe. Lovely hotel. Outstanding, great, friendly and helpful reception staff.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the level of hotel. A lot of pre-packaged products. Cooked food - not great selection for vegetarians. No tablecloths and few staff around.

Close to the centre. Lovely friendly staff
The room was lovely but lacked a few extras. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, so hooks for the hand towel and soap on the sink would have been helpful. The pillows were ok but not the most comfortable. The room was listed as luxury, not sure how it differentiated from a comfort room.
