Location was great. Close to Markt.
Room was very small. Hotel was stuck on 80’s. Everything was old, smelly. Don’t be deceived by the pictures.

Location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There's no AC, which isn't a minus by itself but since there was an odor in the rooms from sewage we had the windows open all the time.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was absolutely perfect!
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Bruges, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was not at all what we expected and I would struggle to describe our experience as staying in a hotel. Especially considering the price!
We booked a Family Room, located in a separate wing from the main hotel which felt more like a very, very basic converted flat. The room had a double bed and four other beds, but the overall layout was quite odd. There was a toilet at one end with no washbasin, while the bath, shower and basin were at the opposite end, directly off the bedroom. The kitchen area also had an unfinished plaster wall, and a kettle with a broken lid, which added to the feeling that the accommodation was incomplete.
The biggest issue for us however, was the lack of privacy and ventilation. The only windows faced directly onto a terrace and walkway used by guests. Anyone walking past could see straight into our room, including the beds, so we effectively had to keep the curtains and windows closed throughout our stay. As a result, the room became extremely hot and stuffy. The beds themselves were comfortable enough, but unfortunately we struggled to sleep because of the heat and lack of ventilation.
We also had a very noisy group of men staying in the room nearby who returned in the early hours on both nights, apparently very drunk and making a huge amount of noise. Our kids found this very unsettling and it added to the feeling that this particular part of the property was better suited to young groups than families.
It’s a shame because the location really is excellent and the staff were helpful, but the accommodation was very different from what we had expected when booking a family room at a hotel. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t stay here again as a family and unfortunately cannot reccomend this for families visiting Bruges.

Great location next to the main square, very easy to get to all the central locations.
No air conditioning and became very hot at night. Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. TV didn’t work properly (not the end of the world but for the money you expect more).

Poor
The location is perfect. So out of the €150 paid I assume that €130 were for the location and €20 for the hotel.
Outdated and dirty. Took a shower at night and went to bed. In the morning walked back to the bathroom and there was black dirt coming of my feed in the shower. A test with a white towel confirmed my suspisions. Also the rest of the hotel from reception over elevator and bathroom - not what I would expect to see in a hotel for €150 / night.

The design of the studio is absolutely amazing. The Bathroom is gorgeous.
We really like industrial style.
We just only didn't find any shampoo.

Central location is the only positive.
Utterly dilapidated room. Shouldn’t be rented out at all. We saw the many comments about it being tired but we thought it would be fine. It wasn’t. It’s just rundown, the room wasn’t even finished there were no baseboards so plaster dust kept spreading around, one skylit had been covered by packing tape, many broken things in room. Strongly wouldn’t recommend.
