Great location - right next to the great market square. Really nice room - the junior suite - lots of character with the beams and windows, and comfy beds.

The location was fantastic! It was barely a one minute walk to the incredible town square.
Hotel room and bathroom were more than sufficient but felt a bit like a dorm room.

Good
The room was weird but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor so we had vaulted ceilings and no noise from above. You could see the bell tower from our room. The location was awesome. A little loud at times but great for getting our and about.
The elevators were poorly kept. My husband got stuck in the smaller one. The bigger one we had to use instead was through a store room, or a hallway the owner turned into a store room. The sides piled high and our path blocked most times we went through. The hotel looked like a horders house. Dirty carpets, walls and storage anywhere he could find. It needs some major TLC. But again, our room was nice and the location was great. The owner helped us get our car registered with the city, which was great. Check in was a bit drawn out, but we got there. All in all, it's a weird big hotel that needs some work, but we did enjoy our stay.

The location is absolutely perfect. It's right next to the Belfry & markt. They also rent bikes for a reasonable rate.

Wonderful
Excellent views of Belfry Tower with lovely tones that made our entire stay that much more gezellig. Unit was spacious and accessible to a nice terrace with plenty of seating. Location was excellent and walkable yet private and peaceful. Ensuite was spacious and well-appointed, and the kitchen was more than adequate for simple meals.
I enjoyed our stay and, when taking into perspective the cost of it, I have no complaints as the value exceeded the cost. If I am nitpicking, I'll say I'm not a fan of instant coffee--and providing a french press or a simple drip machine would be a significant comfort upgrade--but that's a small complaint.

Location was excellent, very spacious and clean. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.
I actually found this place exceptional value for money. We had everything we needed here and have no criticism of anything.

Poor
Very comfy bed. Very strong shower over the bath.
The location is absolutely ideal, but make sure you complete the reservation before so you know where to park.
Unbelievably they were renovating all the rooms opposite during my stay mid April. I am amazed that the management decided to do this work whilst having guests in the rooms opposite. All day until I had to ask them to stop at 9pm and then there was sawdust and wood shavings all in the hallway outside my room.
Says something about the hotel ownership to allow that and not do it during a much quieter time of the year, and not to put gusts near the work if you absolutely have to.
The room I was in was ok, but also needs renovation as the photos on the website are clearly old.
The room cost me about £100 per night €110 ish. It felt like a upgrade from a hostel to be honest.
The hallways were filthy carpets. Just won't be back again. Stayed in MUCH better hotels in the center of Brugge (my 8th time) for an extra £20-30 a night and they now seem well worth it

Very Poor
friendly staff is the ONLY thing to like about this place. Even though the location is in the centre it is better to stay a little bit further away to get more value for your stay
The room was so disgusting and run down, it smelled bad, it was moldy and cracks in everything
