The hotel is the city center, it is silent, there is a nice garden. Room was big, the bed was comfortable.
Room furniture was old and damaged (wooden wardrobe with scratches, old moquette…) and a travel size cosmetic box for the shower.
We were woken up at 1am because the room service had mistaken the room number, however the facility did not give us any benefit (a free taxi ride? a free coffe at least?!) to excuse them. Unacceptable.

Beautiful building and convenient to the shopping areas. Room was spacious and comfortable
I’d totally stay there again but know that the Gym doesn’t have anything over 10kg for dumbbells. You may have to walk outside to get from the hotel entrance/lobby to your room. Breakfast is crazy overpriced. $50/person

The lounge, bar and restaurant were very swanky. Obviously an upmarket hotel from the first impression onwards. The place has rooms going all the way up to large suites for £700 plus.
We paid a bargain price (£145) for a superior double room, it was huge with a super large bed, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, coffee machine, desk, bathroom with bath and separate shower, etc etc. all spotless and well maintained.
We parked in the underground car park, which was €39 but I don't think this is expensive for Bruges. It was also available for as long as you liked on the day of checkout. Staff were happy to help with luggage and not expect any tip.
Not much.
Only a couple of minor grouses
- no usb sockets, instead our room has 3 or 4 phone cable points, of no use at all
- no information leaflet in the room
- hairdryer only lasted 20 seconds, apparently there was a technique which could have been explained in the information book
- heating controls likewise, no info

Lovely room, very quiet, staff friendly and a great location
Would have preferred a kettle and English tea in the room but apart from that it was excellent.

Luxury Hotel ,nice Location and breakfast
I would like to give it a 10 but they miss the details.
I would like to report some issues regarding my stay:
Hairdryer: The hairdryer in the room was not working. Although it was replaced, the new one (and other amenities) seemed inconsistent, as if they were taken from different hotels.
Bed Dimensions: The bed was smaller than the dimensions explicitly stated in the English description of the room.
I am disappointed as the reality did not match the advertised services."

Everything it was a beautiful hotel , fantastic location . Decor was stunning and lovely grounds and first class welcoming service from staff . cocktail bar service was friendly and exceptional with great cocktails made from local herbs /spices room was also lovely with large comfortable bed . I couldn’t have asked for more and would return
Only reason I have rated 9 out of 10 was for 5 star I think the spa facilities could be improved . Although it was lovely and clean with comfy loungers and hot stone massage was great it was very hot so would have been nice to have either a hot tub or small pool to cool down and maybe a steam room and some herbal teas other than this was a perfect escape in beautiful hotel with exceptional service

Great location, huge bedrooms and a beautiful building. Staff were great too.
Breakfast should be more reasonably priced. 42euros per day per person is far too steep. We ate breakfast elsewhere for less than half the price at a high quality place. Also, view from the bedroom wasn't great. That wasn't clear when we made the booking. There was only one tiny complimentary water bottle for the room for 2 people, and charging 4euros for the same thing in the mini bar is pretty silly. These extra costs for basics are unessecary and inconvenient.

We have stayed here before and were delighted to be welcomed back as loyal guests with a nice message and box of choccies. The hotel is magnificent and the rooms are amazing, so huge and clean and wonderful. The bed was big enough for an entire family of six and super comfy. Everything is spotless and lovely, an absolute true 5 star.
It could have been cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for right!
