An exceptional location in the heart of Bruges, making it easy to explore the historic center.
The staff seemed surprised after having been asked of a simple favor, which felt unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. I also found the Pavilion rooms to be noticeably older and more worn than expected.

Cannot speak highly enough about our stay here! The hotel is absolutely stunning, incredibly central location, beautiful amenities (wonderful sauna in the spa!). The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Staying here in Bruges was a highlight of our time in Europe and will recommend to anyone visiting!

The hotel is very pretty to sight. The room I stayed at was super comfy & with amazing view of the Castle/ Hotel and Gardens. The location was also quite good, just 3 blocks from main street/Center of town 1
I still think the prices are extremely elevated!

The Dukes’ Palace is truly perfection. The rooms are immaculate, well appointed, and spacious. The grounds offer a tranquil respite from exploring the bustling city of Brugge. Breakfast was exceptional and the location allowed us to easily walk to all major sites.
