The hotel feels luxuriously cosy. The lounge is perfect for an evening drink before and / or after going out. The staff are discreetly helpful. We weren't intending to have breakfast in the hotel after our first morning but it was so delicious we couldn't resist it every morning. It's situation - right by the canal, a brewery and very close to good shops and cafes - would be hard to beat.
A minor thing, quickly resolved, was that when we were following their suggested route in by car, the crowds on a sunny Saturday were so large in the low traffic zone, we lost our nerve and tried to find another route. We were only one street out when we parked up and walked the last 3-4 minutes to the hotel, where they quickly directed us to their parking garage.

It was nice overall but there was a lack of attention to detail. The room was dusty in some places, the coffee at breakfast is not good, the options at breakfast are quite standard - no freshly made pancakes or waffles. The free drink card at check in doesn’t get you many options if you don’t drink alcohol. For the price, was expecting more. Music in the lounge areas is terrible. Flowers are plastic

Beautifully clean hotel, really comfortable with very friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast too - excellent range of foods, and they catered for dietary requirements too. We stayed two nights and would very happily stay there again.

Everything was great! Would highly recommend
Only issue was having to pay double the cost of the room with a sum held as a gratuity and it taking a few days to return to my bank account. That’s a banking issue I would assume but still a lot of money to be without.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated by the canal. The hotel's terrace is excellent.The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Bram at reception. Everything was great; we were very pleased.
