Wonderful
Great location. Lovely family run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and welcoming.
Continental breakfast only which was fine but if you like a cooked breakfast this may not be the hotel for you.

Very comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff. Has elevator, despite being an.anciebt building.
This is not a.complaint, just a warning: the hotel is in the opposite side of the town regarding the train station. The walk with the bags is long and bumpy. Uber should be cheap.

Excellent location, a few blocks from the historic center but sufficiently away from crowds and noise. The room was Very clean, without dust or dirt, which is noticed easily when walking barefoot. Linens and towels were clean and tidy. The room (#25) was well distributed and the bathroom was large, though the shower space was narrow. Breakfast was pretty basic but nutritionally it was well balanced. Decoration was pretty exquisite and the reception area music choice was sublime, thank you Steve. Would definitely stay here again!
The windows (bathroom and room) only had heavy curtains that had to be kept closed during the daytime to allow for privacy. It would be nice if they could add some privacy sheer curtains, to allow some intimacy during the daytime.

Very Good
The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean and comfy big bed. Location is great - less than 5 minutes walk to the Market Square. Chocolates and bottled water in the fridge on arrival and mini shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom.
Nothing.

Wonderful
The breakfast was lovely with many options. The location was great, a nice walk to everywhere.
The only negative thing I can say is the quality of the towels, they were very thin and well used.

Lovely place. Very clean. Shower was fantastic. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Host very friendly and gave good advice and information for my first visit to Brugge.
There seemed to be two single mattresses, presumably in order for the room to be converted to two single beds, however one mattress kept slipping and I had to push them back together. A very small niggle for an otherwise lovely place to stay.

Breakfast was a bit pricey so we chose to go to Tatties.
