Poor wireless conection, window to inside court, clean but worn-out towels.

Great location. Garden terrace has a gorgeous view of the canal.
The lift was broken so we had to take two flights of stairs to the 2nd floor everytime in 30 degree heat.

Location was excellent.
The bath/shower was a little dangerous with no railing to hold on.

Location great, manager very nice, very clean.
Facility a work in progress, floor in room had small step between entry to bathroom and bedroom, I fell. Multiple steps to get to elevator, not really accessible.

Location is beautiful. The building is full of character.
Little cafe down the side very nice and cute. We spent a lot of time relaxing there. Staff there very kind and helpful.
Reception very helpful and supportive with our stay.
Breakfast has a good variety of basic choice. Everything I had was tasty. Staff very nice and welcoming also.
Room was lovely, big and airy with a small courtyard type thing as our view. The effort made there helped to make our overnight stay even more enjoyable.

Pleasant
Central placement in Bruges, quiet while in the middle of the centre. Spacious rooms. There were builders working in the property but we didn’t notice them until we left the room.
Some things in the room were broken, and it could be a bit cleaner. There wasn’t any closet space to hang clothing that could be closed off. The pillows were to firm.

Very Good
The view from our room (323)was easily the best in the hotel and possibly the whole city. Dual aspect onto the canals , in the centre of the main tourist areas . Large recently decorated room.
No aircon, with the heat in the room it was very tough to sleep. Of course you can’t have medieval street scenes with aircon units hanging in every window. It’s a trade off.

Very central. The rooms were very clean, with a good-sized bathroom. Air con was definitely a plus when it was 33 degrees outside.
The wifi didn't cover the rooms we were in, which was disappointing.
The single beds were incredibly narrow (width way) (note to self to check dimensions in the future).

Nice little hotel in an excellent location. Our room had a view of the canals, which was a real plus. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Tea and coffee supplies were minimal and there was no milk. No coat hangers or wardrobe. We had to ask for more toilet paper.
