Very Good
Staff-Althea and Nicole-were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent in all directions. Several cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Quiet, but close to market square and other attractions . Room was pretty. Bed was comfortable.
I would have liked to be able to open the window without worrying about mosquitoes, per the notice in the room. There was a screen but it was not very secure; They did offer a solution but I didn't bother. I just used the AC when necessary and it was fine.

Fabulous spot to stay on a lovely and quiet square with an amazing waffle place just nearby. Very short walk to the main market place. Everything was lovely and clean and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, cozy, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Bruges. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
But we have to give a special mention to the bed and mattress — unbelievably comfortable! We actually slept for 11 hours straight without even realizing it! It was honestly one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had in a hotel.
Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
Centrally located, small and the staff were very friendly and helpful and could not be faulted.
We felt the bathroom was a little dated. But that isn’t really anything to moan about.

Lovely old hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
The bath was very high to climb in for a shower. Only 4 seats in the bar area which was fine for us but no-one else could've come in. On one of our nights the bar closed at 9.30 pm.
