The location, how it was close to the center. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
-Faucet was loose in the room.
-There was a pair of boots left behind and the owner of these boots didn’t realize until later. However, there was no contact from the hotel and when we initiated contact, the boots were not to be found! Which impacts our review over the hotel staff.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Aragon.
The rooms are well appointed, very clean and the beds very comfortable. There are very nice areas in the lobby to sit and relax with a drink and the staff are welcoming and helpful.
The location is excellent, close by all the major attractions but the road the hotel is on is quiet at night.
Great to have parking available in the centre of Bruges but be ware - the access is very tight!
Glass doors on the bathroom are a little indiscreet and noisy to close!

The building is amazing - with great architecture and cozy lobby. The room was great - perfectly clean, with everything you need, quality cosmetics toiletries and really comfort bed. The breakfast seems a bit expensive but it’s absolutely worth it - rich in variety of food options and high quality products.

Hotel Aragon is one of the best hotels in the city. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was healthy and perfect. There is also a beautiful seating area. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Bruges — it’s easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.

Location was brilliant for city. Room was superb and staff were equally excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Parking no more than 75 m from hotel with copious EV charging points and safe. Easy to pull up outside hotel to offload luggage. Located in a quiet backstreet. Breakfast was outstanding.
Absolutely nothing. Booked a return visit in December.
