Beautiful hotel and staff. Felt very safe and comfortable. Hotel is located right next to a parking garage which is wonderful to have when hotel property parking is full.
The carpet in our room looked dirty/stained.

It was in a perfect location so that we didn't have to drive. Luckily our car fit in the parking lot, so we walked around the charming little town. We had all the comforts for the 2 nights and we also got a high-quality breakfast compared to a small hotel. The smell of the shower gel and the huge bathtub are a plus!
Although it was 35 degrees and the air conditioning was good, it is very loud and cannot be fine-tuned.

Pauline from the reception was very helpful. We booked a hotel one hour before arriving and the baby cot was already in the room when we came. Room was very clean and comfy. Occitane cosmetics were a nice surprise. Location of the hotel is really great.
Instructions how to leave/enter the hotel could be more clear.

Location is excellent. Middle of everything.
Room aircon is perfect in hot days.
Reception gives valuable information of city and very good list or recommended restaurants in city.
Parking house next to hotel.

Nice location in the city center. Professional and welcoming staff at breakfast and reception. Tasty and varied breakfast. Nice and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need.
Lack of flexibility when we requested to postpone the reservation for medical reasons - emergency proved with a certificate. But despite the discomfort, we felt good.
