Location! Totally convenient centre of the city Walking distance to everything :)
It was really hot the week we stayed, hard not to open the windows , but loud noise with bunch of cars driving right in front of hotel all night so we needed earplugs to sleep

Breakfast was excellent, hostess was personable and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, even on a Saturday night in the front.
King bed left the 'small' room feeling smaller, but we slept well.

The staff were wonderful - very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and served in the lovely courtyard in the center of the building. The hotel is in a great location. I would stay there again.

This is a fantastic property! Located in the historic center, the hotel is charming as well as having modern conveniences. The host is wonderful. Our stay was enhanced, thanks to her high quality service and the perfect breakfasts each morning. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bruges.

Ask for a garden view room if you are a light sleeper. On the weekend our city facing room was noisy.

Perfect location, extremely welcoming and helpful lady owner, lovely buffet breakfast and a lovely clean room.
The only problem is parking but this is an issue in most of Brugges so not a fault of the hotel. My advice is to park at the Station and bus, taxi or walk back. The owner was very helpful and rang a taxi for us.

Very close to Market Square, great location! Owner/Operator was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us so many helpful tips, since it was our first time in the village. Place was clean and breakfast was great. We would have stayed another night if there was availability.

The staff was excellent, warm and welcoming. Extra effort was made to book our group together; we had a total of three rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice. And the location could not be better. We were introduced to all the things to do in the area and given a coupon type book, upon check-in. This location is walking distance to everything. We could easily park our large car in a nearby underground parking garage.

The owner was welcoming and took the time to offer suggestions for sightseeing in Brugges, as this was our first visit. The hotel is charming, was a couple of blocks from the main square and the free shuttle from the train station drops off right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden view from the dining room was calming.
