Very pleasant stay, amazing staff, namely the nice lady that served our breakfast. Very well located, 12min walk to train station; bus terminal in front of the hotel and 10 min walk to the historical center. Great breakfast, prepared for us in the hall of the access stairs to our room, thanks for the kindness!

Everything was amazing. Welcoming and kind staff. Very clean rooms with amenities such as tea and coffee and toiletries. Lovely and substantial breakfast. Excellent heating. Close to supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs restaurants, Bruges City Centre. Across the road from the bus station and a easy stroll to the train station. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bath, heaps of hot water. Quiet location and inside the hotel.

Close to tourist area and all transport systems.
There wasn’t a lift and the stairs were tricky to manage. No bar .

The location was a short walk to all the areas of the city we wanted to visit. The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were tidied during the day and complimentary tea & coffee was topped up. The token gifts we were given during our last breakfast very thoughtful.

Never slept so well than I did at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms were replenished daily and cleaned. Breakfast....OMG....we rolled out of the dining room it was fabulous. The staff we absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming. We will be back.
