The hotel is very beautiful and well decorated, the location is if not absolutely central very close by, and the room is spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was good as well.
On top of that, just amazing staff, helpful and dedicated.
Small bathroom, with "eco" settings on shower resulting in very low pressure.
Extremely soft mattresses, to the point of discomfort.

Great breakfast fantastic staff,particularly Elena at breakfast watching her assisting a partially sighted client woth his breakfast and suggesting and filling his plate in a helpful and compassionate manner 5 stars
She also assisted an elderly portuguese woman with selections and recommendations for dinner
The venezualan breakfast lady was eztremely helpful abd constantky checking the standatd and quanity of display
Indeed all the staff were lije a wwll oiled machine ensuring that replenishment and tidyng up were to the standard of a 5 star hotel
Helpful and welcoming reception and housekeeping staff completed a memorable stay in this exceptional hotel

Very comfortable beds, enormous gorgeous shower, very helpful check in staff. Nice little courtyard in which to have conversation and cocktails. Great value compared to another property our group stayed at ( about $200 usd w/o breakfast). Right across the street from the best bar -yesterday’s world!
