The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options. Beds were very comfortable. The walk from the train station was pretty easy. The day we left was very chaotic outside the hotel with the cars, horses and pedestrian’s.
The tub was too high and hard to get in and out of. No small towels for washing in shower.

This was a very cozy hotel, perfect for Christmas time, excellent attentive and welcoming service (complimentary chocolate truffles!) and comfy rooms. Breakfast was very complete and delicious! I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.
These are very minor details, but it would be nice to have access to streaming services or smart TV. Also, if the breakfast were extended to 11:00, it would be lovely since we were getting over jet lag and struggled to get up in time.

Location
Bathroom was freezing cold no heating in the bathroom! No radiator… When asked about first aid kit they didn’t have any plus for anything you wanted you needed to go to the bar as they did not do room service… and the bar was attended by the front desk

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, offering both comfort and convenience. The amenities exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and elegant.

Beautiful palace-style hotel, modern and quiet, very well located. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was very good with lots of options, there's even sliced cheese, ideal for putting on toast, which is rare to find; usually you find hard or semi-hard cheeses, and the soft ones come in blocks that you have to cut yourself, which makes a mess. However, coffee was not good for my taste. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice machine.
Coffee is terrible, as it comes from an automatic machine, and the milk for lattes and cappuccinos tastes like powdered milk, yuck! unfortunately, these coffee machines are everywhere in Europe... Nothing beats a good coffee made by a barista on a professional machine.
Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

beds were way too soft, and I like soft beds. it was impossible to get comfortable, sank in to the bed so much it was difficult to turn or get up out of bed

Perfect location! This hotel was walking distance to the train station. We even had our luggage. The room was pretty. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. I would stay here again.
