Great location, staff are very helpful, quiet place and very clean (smelt great - not being weird but it smelt like a spa). Car parking is excellent.
Shower in the bath was awkward and the tap in the basin was too close to the basin edge. Basically water everywhere.

Delightful place to stay, close to the Markt and Bourg. Everything is up to date, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff very helpful, though in truth there was not much that I needed. Having visited all 50 of the American states and several European countries, I can say this hotel ranks at the very top for overall comfort and value. I would surely stay here again if I return to Bruges.

The thing I liked most about the property was its very central location. It was spotless, you could even tell the sheets were freshly cleaned from the smell of soap. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
It offered the comfort of a standard five-star hotel, and the beds were absolutely amazing.
If you’re planning to visit Bruges for 1–2 days, I would only recommend not bringing a large suitcase. Other than that, the hotel’s open bar and the staff will assist you with anything you need. Hot water, room selection, and cleanliness everything was excellent.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all the museums and points of interest, and in a very quiet street. Plenty of restaurants nearby

Superb location and property. Room and bathroom was as expected and in great condition. We didn't try the breakfast but will do so when we go again.
