It was very comfortable with very good facilities. The breakfast was superb.
The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. We stayed on Monday. The property is a little out of the way for other places, although we were recommended another restaurant in Zebrugge.

If you like a bit of a remote place to stay but still close enough to get to Brugge this this is ideal. Only 1 hour 20 mins from Calais by car. We stayed for two nights for the Christmas markets and went to Brussels and Brugge by train, the station is only a 5 minute drive away with free parking, or a 25 minute walk. Brugge by train is 11 minutes and has a good service. The rooms are a touch of luxury with all the facilities you would need and set in a stunning location. The hotel offers breakfast which was very good and a great selection. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice, on the slightly higher price but well worth the money. The owners were great and even gave us a lift to the train station, they went out off there way to make our stay very enjoyable. If you want a weekend away in Brugge in a nice quite location then we would highly recommend the Hostellerie Hof Ter Doest.

The breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable and it was a nice remote location without a lot of traffic.
It was a surprise to see that we still had to pay there even though we filled in a Mastercard with the booking, but the staff helped us good with figuring out what went wrong, apparently the payment happens at the place itself and not with the online booking.

The room was cosy and comfortable in lovely green and historic surroundings.
The dining experience was amazing!! We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. Both truly exceptional. We would definitely visit again.
The owners and staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
We liked everything about our short stay.

beautiful old buildings. our room was exceptional! The owner has an interest in art so much to view outside and inside. Very good restaurant. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful!

It is a beautiful quiet area.
It was a bit weird to have the shower in the bedroom instead of in a separate bathroom.

Spacious comfortable room and a great restaurant popular with locals. Steaks cut to size and cooked on an open bbq in the restaurant. Plenty of choice on the menu.
Breakfast was exceptionally good.
Breakfast did not start until 0830 on Saturday.However I left, visited a ship in Zeebrugge and came back for breakfast at 0930!
