Wonderful
All fantastic for a family of four, great location that is close to the bus route into the city as well as the local supermarket. Really peaceful, very clean, and will definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Great location near city centre and shopping area. Overall clean and basic accommodation. Parking just outside door very convenient.
Bedding was very basic and uncomfortable. Sound proofing very poor as the apartment gets very noisy in windy weather. Not had great sleep. No toiletries or towels so need to get your own.

Paul was very welcoming, clear in communication and easily available when needed.
We came for the Christmas market, and he pointed out that public transport was free and easy, which was great advice - we caught the bus into Bruges each day, which made an easy journey.
The views from the property were lovely too.
No problems at all.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we had an issue connecting to the Wi-Fi, he sorted the issue out in no time. The place was also super clean and tidy.
The road driving into the venue was awful (many big holes), so beware if you have a nice car. But honestly nitpicking at this point is not the owner's fault.

Paul was a great host. Fantastic communication beforehand and met us early. The accommodation was clean, spacious, warm and well equipped. Much bigger than it appears in the photos. A small private outside area with table and chairs for each of the small apartments. Lots of safe parking. Bus stops just at the end of drive with regular service straight into Bruges - free for the Christmas markets.
The farm is surrounded by fields but there is obviously going to be noise from the nearby roads and you could hear guests in the adjoining apartment. Nothing to disturb us though.
Christmas lights along the immaculate hedges leading to the farm gave a festive feel and a guiding light.
It was so comfortable and convenient and we would definitely stay again when visiting Bruges.

Location was great. 5 min drive to the beach, 20 min into Brugge and we found 2 water/adventure parks very close to the property and the kids had a blast.
Paul was very attentive and catered to our needs. Beautiful place, quiet location.
If I was to moan about anything, as there’s so much outdoor space, maybe consider a little playground for the little ones, a couple of swings and a slide, etc.

The location was perfect. It was a quiet location that was good for our family. The beds were comfortable, living room was nice to hang out with family. And the facility was beautiful. It was a nice getaway for our family.
When getting a shower the bathroom floor would be flooded. Condensation on the living room glass was pretty drastic (we didn't see it until the last morning). There was no coffee in the kitchen, which I had read from another review, so we stopped to pick up some. We ran out of toilet paper (we went to the store to purchase more) and dishwasher pods. Additionally, be aware of the stairs! They are pretty steep!

The location was very good for access to Bruges and was close to a motorway so very easy to access other parts of Brussels if you had a car, it also was close to a bus route and shopping. The property was very clean and very well maintained and the area was quiet,
More cleaning supplies could have been provided e.g. more dishwasher tables, bin bags, tea towels as it is the guests responsibility to keep the holiday cottage clean also more basic supplies would have been appreciated e.g. more toilet paper. It would be a good idea to have more information on public transport, park and ride facilities, local grocery shopping and local restaurants to help with orientation to the area.
