Location to Bruges centre was fabulous. Rooms were value for money, clean, comfy beds, lovely large shower, female receptionist very helpful with parking and friendly
Getting out of car park in an unfamiliar very big car (not the fault of the hotel)

Poor
Good location and nice hotel
We were put in a ground floor room which had very thin walls. There was a courtyard on one side of the room and the dining room and reception on the other so every sound could be heard clearly from the room from people coming into the hotel late at night to every bang of a plate in the morning at dinner and the phone ringing at reception. You could even hear the rain drops falling into the gutter very loudly. Staff were full of empty apologies stating that this is a common complaint with their 'budget rooms'. No compensation was made, just empty apologies. If this is a common complaint perhaps something should be done to actively reduce the noise that gets through to the room

Poor
- Kind staff
- Very Good location
The nightclub across the street was open and very busy until 6 am. There was no chance sleeping with that noise. So the first night I went without sleep.
For the second night I asked for another room and got one facing the inner courtyard.
Still didn't get much sleep, since two people went smoking every hour or so until at least 4 am. After asking to be quiet and to comply with house rules, which state not to use the courtyard at night, he even got aggressive. The building has no sound insulation whatsoever. Therefore those people smoking and chatting right outside my window, slamming doors on their way there, woke me up every hour.

Wonderful
The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and charming. The location is fantastic, a short walk takes you to the heart of Bruges. Very good breakfast selection. Our room was very comfortable. We only had a short stay but will happily return

I loved the location of the hotel, just one street over from a bunch of restaurants and bars, but far enough away where it was quiet. There were parking garage options for our car that weren't too pricey and we left it there to walk for the trip. The building and room itself was beautifully decorated.
The rooms weren't uniform (older building) so some members of our group had rather small rooms/bathrooms and others had huge rooms/bathrooms for the same price. The staff is not on duty 24hrs, so any issues need to be sent to their customer service online.

Wonderful
This hotel was very convenient for the centre of town, but just outside the main streets. Simple but comfortable, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Great for a stay in Bruge.
The street outside could be a bit noisy, but that was understandable with the nearby pubs. The beds could be a bit firmer.
