Wonderful
Excellent location—less than a 5-minute walk to Market Square and the Belfry, making it easy to explore everything on foot.
One of the biggest perks was the private parking space in the secure garage right next to the hotel. Be sure to reserve this option when you book, as there are only a limited number of spaces available. It was incredibly convenient and made traveling by car hassle-free.
The rooms were clean and well maintained. We stayed in the family suite, which is located in a separate building behind the main hotel and has its own private entrance. It offered a nice amount of space and privacy, making it a great option for families.
The staircase to the upper level is quite narrow and steep, so children need to be careful when going up and down. If you're traveling with younger children (around 5 years old or younger), I'd recommend making sure they don't use the stairs without adult supervision.

Very close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning was great, which isn’t always true in Europe. Room was decent size and clean.

Great location. Air con was bliss as was so hot outside. Lovely room with comfortable bed and big bathroom.
No staff on after 9pm. Very noisy in the corridor in the mornings as the doors are very loud with clunky keys and slamming.

stylish rooms, although tiny, it has everything you need and many thoughtful details. We specially enjoyed the old town view outside the window. Would love to stay again.
the room is really tiny and you can only open one suitcase~ well, that's when you want to live in the center of the old town!

Wonderful
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room had good lighting and effective blackout curtains, which are important in the summer. Keep in mind that if your windows face the main street, you may hear the festivities below. While this didn’t disrupt our sleep, it gave us the feeling of being in the center of the city. But it is the city center which is actually very convenient. The underground parking is in 2 minutes walk.

Location was excellent, and easy access to hotel even at late hours. Car parking location, with around 32eur/night.
Checked in very late and check out in the morning. Don’t have much experience but the room we stayed was too small.
