The location and the staff.
This is the second time we've stayed here. Everything is very close, and the area it's in is quite calm, which makes it ideal for our visit
The room had some minor details such as:
- The lamp at the edge of the bed is very far, making it uncomfortable to turn it on and off.
- One toilet flush button was broken.
Also, the pillows could be more comfortable

The location was great! The breakfast was delicious. I liked the courtyard for sitting and lounging as well as the living room.
The fact that the lights weren’t on in the hallway was hard to get used to. Some hallways didn’t really turn on until I got halfway through them. I think the lighting should stay on. The coffee machine in my room was broke and leaked. That was a little frustrating.

Close to everything and very silent location. Excellent mattress and linen, good choice of pillows.
Excellent walkin shower
Top breakfast with inumerous choices and on-the-spot scrambled eggs, plenty of appetizing things to eat.

Location, cleanliness, great value (at the price I paid $110 a night) helpful, smiling receptionists, pretty compact room but comfortable enough (big suitcases could be hard to manage)
A bit hard to find, the hotel entrance is at the back of a restaurant (have to go through the restaurant) it was raining hard when I arrived in the hotel so seeking the hotel was a bit annoying but normally not a big issue...

Location was super , the price was decent . I got in touch with the staff because on my Booking account it appeared as unpaid - although I had paid . The receptionist was super professional , put me at ease , said my clients were fine . Would recommend again

The breakfast was fantastic! Cleanliness was a plus for us.
There were no doors for the shower area. Teenagers were not that comfortable showering with someone who could see. The bathtub was not accessible for an elderly person, but we did not indicate the need for accessible bathroom.

Just a beautiful hidden gem. Walkable to everything. Good breakfast.
The elevator was out of operation for half a day. But Europe is all about stairs! So embrace it and get those steps in ;)
