Lovely boutique hotel very well located, comfy room.
Cleaners were a bit noisy early in the morning. Lots of door slamming.

Size of room (particularly the bathroom) were both fab! The little extras on the bed when we arrived were also fab. Every staff member we interacted with was brilliant and tried to be helpful with directions. Bed was huge and super comfy! Location of the hotel is also brilliant for the centre of Bruges
There was literally nothing that we didn’t like. The whole place was fab. Just wish we’d had more time there! The hotel could not have been better!

We booked three rooms for our family and they were all unique and lovely. The beds were so comfortable and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy walking distance to lots of sights and things to do but not in a crowded part of the town.

Excellent location on a quiet side street between the two busiest shopping streets, and only 90 seconds walk from the central square. Comfortable, clean hotel. Very nice building and facilities, and some of the most helpful and pleasant staff I've ever encountered.

Great service from the staff. Comfortable bed. Got a free upgrade to a junior suite
The AC was very weak and didn’t cool the room. There is an annoying automatic light that turns on when there is even the slightest movement. TV doesn’t have streaming. The breakfast costed us 50 EUR with very limited options.
Most annoying- they allow smoking outside. That’s very bad. We would expect a 100% smoke free hotel.
