Wonderful
Spacious rooms and nice bathroom with great aircon. Everything clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Location was great. Staff were very polite and efficient.

Right in the centre. Lovely big room. A few English channels on the tv which is a bonus.
It’s a fresh modern hotel that still holds its own charm with dark wooden stairs and carpets which adds to the appeal

I got the feeling that the staff really cared about my comfort and did their best to make sure I was satisfied.
The room was well equipped , clean and comfortable.
The courtyard outside was an attractive and quiet place to have a drink or relax and the location is easily walkable to all attractions and conveniences yet on a quiet street.
The welcome box of chocolates was a nice touch.
The internet was very flaky and kept disconnecting. The first time it happened the front desk clerk helped bur it happened a lot afterwards and I did not ask for help as it was late or very early morning and not convenient for me to go to reception for help.

The hotel is a beautiful property, with tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, clean and well stocked bathroom, and really nice staff. The location is also perfect for a quick walk to the Markt in Bruge. We also made use of the wellness facilities and it was amazing!
The hotel parking was not available, but the staff suggested the Zilverpand parking which was a 2 min walk, and it was perfectly fine.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sablon and would happily return. The staff were a real highlight, professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made us feel comfortable the whole stay.
The room itself was tastefully decorated and the amenities were a nice touch throughout (not to mention lovely Belgian box of chocolates waiting on my bed). Breakfast was another standout: a generous buffet with everything fresh and full of flavour, a great way to start each day before heading out to explore.
The location can't be beaten, right in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of Bruges' main attractions and with convenient nearby parking too, which made getting around effortless.
Overall, a fantastic boutique hotel experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges. I know when I visit Bruges again, from now on,!Hotel Sablon will be my option number 1.

Well position to market square,restaurants and boat tours.
Hotel had good street appeal, very clean and staff very helpful with requests.
Being pensioner age, I would like for the shower floor to be slip proof or have a rubber mat, it was like an ice rink.

We didn’t realize that a permit is required for a vehicle to get to the property. I was able to apply for a permit on the day of arrival.

A very comfortable hotel close to the main part of Bruges - yet tucked down a quiet side street. Walkable from the train station (~15 minutes). Rooms are good sized, clean and well appointed. An excellent base for three days touring Bruge.
The only thing I expected which wasn't fulfilled was USB charging. I've come to expect one of more outlets (usually bedside & at the desk) to have a USB port and there were none. A very small complaint. I had a charger, so that was fine.
