Great location, excellent facilities and decor. Fantastic staff.
Offsite parking is really only suitable for small and medium sized vehicles (though it is close to the hotel and is secure).

Excellent location in center of Bruges. 15 minutes walk from train station, but street are cobbled so difficult if you have heavy luggage, but cab was well priced at 15 euros.
Large room with higher end bed linens, good buffet breakfast at 25 euros per person, good value as Bruges restaurants are expensive. Front desk staff were pleasant & helpful.
The public rooms of hotel are very stylish especially the beautiful breakfast room, but there was a funky smell on ground floor, perhaps due to continual wet weather, we had constant rain during our 3 night stay. Fragrant candles were everywhere.

Exceptional
The hotel was very central, the staff were lovely and the room was spacious. Being a boutique hotel meant there were lovely personal touches that you just don’t get with a bigger chain like chocolates in the room on arrival, cava at breakfast and a little bag of cookies on checking out as a thank you for choosing them. Would highly recommend.

Liked - Room size - gorgeous , Great beds & Pillows , Clean bathrooms and best of all separate Bathing and WC. Greatly appreciated the shower arrangement- overhead and handheld shower with separate knob for hot or cold water , Caveat - we did not sample restaurant food , Room coffee maker was very useful. Well laid out reception area as also a wonderful reception garden with a garden wall and garden gnome - a great place to enjoy the sun minus the wind as fully enclosed . Lived the complimentary sweets as well as the biscuits on departure - very helpful for travellers . Located in a side street so insulated from street noise . Supermarket and shops available close by on exiting left from the hotels entrance .
Shower partially closed with glass , There is a big window on one side of the room - if forget to pull the curtains - visibility assured - a shower curtain would have helped . It would also cover the open segment of the glass preventing water from straying outside . Floor a tad bit slippery - some suitable anti slip useful

Pleasant
The location is perfect and the staff very friendly.
It was not clean to a high standard, the stairs up to the room were very dusty, the bathroom and room also very dusty.

Nice hotel, very close to the main square. There’s a small garden.
Very kind staff. We got some chocolates as welcome gift and biscuits as “goodbye” gift.
They have a private parking and nearby there’s also a public parking.
The room bathroom is split in 3 areas which can be fashionable but also uncomfortable.
The toilet fan did not work.
Room cleanliness could be improved.

Wonderful
I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to walk to everything and yet slightly off the main roads. The “living room” was a great spot to sit and gather with friends. The hotel staff was super helpful. They were lovely to interact with.
The only thing was we were a group of 3; mother and 2 young adult kids. There was a curtain to provide privacy which worked, but was a tiny bit awkward.

It is ideally located from the city center and the belfry tower is walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was decent but we have gad better for the price charged.
Our son’s room was really small. The bed was squeezed in a corner and the sink was right opposite the bed as you opened the door. Could have been a linen closet which was converted into a room. I would not recommend Room #20
Really small bathroom with no hooks or towel stand. No hot water kettle in the room, asked for one but the entire hotel did not have any. Used the coffee pot to make hot water but was not as good.
