Bed very comfortable
No drinking water available any where in hotel or at reception other than in mini bar in room or to pay for at the bar
Over bath shower at odd angle and very difficult to climb out of high sided bath
1 small shower gel and shampoo
Soap dish in bathroom not cleaned

Amazing hotel with very good llcation in city centre. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety of food.

The hotel staff were friendly, rooms was luxurious and spotless with comfy beds and it was really well situated in the centre of Bruges
I could not see that parking was not available until after I had made my booking, although there were other options nearby. The hotel lift was out of order due to a recent fire.

The location was excellent. The breakfasts were good. We were there 5 nights and there was enough variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excelent location, exceptional staff, wonderfull bed.. Really a "collection" distinctive. 3 blocks from main plaza. Highly recomended

The location is really near the square only 5 mins walking, the receptionist and employees are so nice. The welcome gift & check out gift is a good thing of the hotel. It's small gift but it made my day. The room is clean and atmosphere is so good.
If I would recommend 1 thing, it is the light on the way go to the room, it is the automation light but open quite slow

We love the city of Brugge have visited and stayed many times. Sablon Hotel is by a long way the nicest we have ever found in the city. Its so well set up for the visitor and really close to the main square. We are recommending very highly to our friends and family.we
