The best hotel in the best location. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is amazing. It's worth every penny of it. Very rich and large variety. Very big rooms and beds (bigger than football field). Personnel is very warm and polite. I suggest it with no concerns.

Stunning Hotel with Perfect Views! The lobby decoration is absolutely magnificent—truly grand and impressive! The location is also unbeatable, being so close to the Market Square. Plus, having a room with a canal view made the stay even more special. Highly recommended for the vibes and the view!
The in-room amenities felt a bit basic and didn't quite match the "Grand" feel of the room. However, it was a small issue compared to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Still highly recommended!

Everything but especially the comfortable bed, which helps us with some good and refreshing sleep whilst we were away.

Spa was lovely, room was nice
The plumbing in the new building is so loud. I couldn’t sleep the final night of my stay and when I told the staff they were so rude and unhelpful. It’s a shame because it really let the hotel down

Location, hotel' public zones and breakfast were excellent.
The bed consists of two separate mattresses rather than a single king or queen bed. According to the reception, most of the rooms are designed to be accessible for guests with disabilities, which explains why the bathroom layout felt somewhat unusual to me.

The location is perfect for walking to the city center. The staff is very professional and kind. The decor is stunning, and the hotel is exceptionally clean.
Hotels usually let you check out at 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. With an 11:00 a.m. check-out, you only have time for breakfast and then you already have to leave the hotel.

I have been coming to Bruges in Jan/Feb for 5 years and have always stayed somewhere else but walked past this hotel every year. This year (2026) i decided to mix it up and come here! I was not disappointed. It was great room, the spa was fabulous and the staff were great! I will be staying here moving forward.

Room was fab and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower was very powerful. The toiletries were good quality also
