We loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly with suggestions and extras. The room itself was clean and very spacious! The pool was great as well. The hotel itself was located 10-15 min walk from all major sites as well.

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay. The hotel is a beautiful place, close to the center of Brugge. We left the car at the parking 200m and were able to explore the center on foot without any further transportation. Absolutely beautiful experience. The staff at the hotel were great and accomodaties my request without any issue. Nice people ready to help at any moment. A great stay In hope we will repeat soon. Great memory for our anniversary

From the very warm friendly smiley welcome as soon as soon as we arrived, the local knowledge from the staff (especially the help we received from suzana who was superb and very attentive) a great location only a 10 minute stroll into town. Swimming pool was beautiful and an added bonus to have! Rooms were lovely and spacious, all round a very very good stay

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff were immediately friendly on arrival and throughout (24hr reception). This included quick responses over messages about our booking before the trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities and a large bed. We really liked the location as it was only a 5 minute walk into the main centre of Bruges and a 10/15 minute walk to the train station.
The pillows were a little small for the bed, but if that’s the only thing we didn’t like about our stay then that’s a good sign!

It’s a decent four stay hotel with a very nice pool area. Some of the standard double rooms are very small but our’s was fine for a couple of nights.
There is a lack of understanding from reception staff about the hotel’s terms & conditions as stated on booking.com. There are that under 4 year old’s are free, under 3’s can stay in any room (obviously free of charge and too, receive a free breakfast). We overheard another couple on reception being made to be confused on the same matter and unlike us, they ended up wrongly paying extra for their young child. We had refused.

We loved this hotel, great location, cosy, really comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, choice for everyone, good value as food not cheap in Brugge. Staff were lovely, pool also great and a small gym also available. Nice gesture the chocolates and wine on arrival.
The only negative was the pillows, only one pillow per person and quality not good, this was surprising as bed good quality and comfortable.

We were met by a very friendly person on Reception. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was disappointing as there were no allergens on any of the food. I was told by a very dismissive waitress, I should know by the colour !! My daughter and I both have an intolerance to Dairy (not gluten) and to judge something by colour is not a good idea. I also have an intolerance to Oat milk. I felt when speaking with her, I was interrupting her morning. I did mention it to the receptionist but she forgot my room number!!!! So day two wasn't much better!!! To note I did not see any gluten free labels either!!

We stayed 1 night in March. The room was clean and the beds were fine. We didn't care for the pillows but not a game changer. The staff was very friendly. We were able to park our car in the nearby city lot for 17 euros a day. It was a short walk from the hotel to the main tourist spots.
