Very Good
Staff was super nice, beds were comfy and the breakfast was great. The hotel felt very well kept and had a nice design.
The AC was on but it couldn't get the room as cold as we wanted, we also had to go to the front desk to get them to change the temp, we couldn't adjust ourselves.

Very Good
We received a warm greeting at check-in and the location was excellent.
The parking is pretty expensive, but street parking is available in the neighborhood. The pool looked green and we were afraid to get in. The pool was one of the features that had attracted us to the property.

The hotel was gorgeous and our favorite place we stayed in all of Europe. The staff were so helpful and kind, facilities were exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was the perfect blend of modern and quaint, which had us feeling completely enchanted by Bruges from the moment we checked in!

Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Location was easy walk to center of Bruges. Staff was friendly.
Parking had to be in central parking garage, which is not too far and an easy place to park in, but they don't have a space in front of hotel to idle to drop bags. They had had plumbing issues shortly before our visit and some smells lingered in the halls.

Good Bed. Fairly quiet. Towel warmer worked well.
Room lighting very poor. Curtains fir poorly. Loft room, with low beams next to bed. AC vs heat challenge. 10C outside, they ran AC. Steep stairs up to the loft.

Wonderful
We stayed 1 night in March. The room was clean and the beds were fine. We didn't care for the pillows but not a game changer. The staff was very friendly. We were able to park our car in the nearby city lot for 17 euros a day. It was a short walk from the hotel to the main tourist spots.

Good
The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The chocolates when we arrived and the small gift when we left, really added value. The room was cozy and clean, and the location is great; just a few minutes’ walk from the center.
The hotel did not feel like a 4-star property, as the interior felt quite outdated and the rooms were rather small. Our room was also very noisy. Were woken up by cleaningstuff in the mornings and the road next to our room. The swimming pool area is nice, but with only about six loungers available, it was always full during our stay.

It's not in the historic centre of Brugge, but very close. The room was eccentric to say the least, up in the attic. The bathroom was lovely, there were chocolates provided on arrival and there was a mini-bar. Pity the television was out of order in the hotel the night we were there. The bed was huge but the bedclothes too small for it. The breakfast was great.
I presume 239 was the last room available. There were big wooden beams, painted white and a huge bed, but the fitted mattress cover seemed too small and repeatedly loosened from the corner of the bed and drove me crazy in the night. The chandelier and the weird canopy over the bed just added to the eccentricity. I can't say it was awful, but if you get allocated room 239, maybe ask if there is another room available.

Very Good
The hotel is very beautiful and wonderfully decorated. There is a bar and plenty of seating in the lobby for guests to relax after a long day out exploring the town. The family room was lovely, the beds were quite comfortable, wide, and very clean, and there was a TV for each room. It was great to get a welcome box of chocolates and wine upon arrival, as well as complementary biscuits upon check out. It is very conveniently located just a few minutes away from Bruges Town Centre and had a bus stop nearby which we used to travel to and from Bruges train station. But it’s also easy and relaxing to walk to and from the station if needed. The swimming pool was great also. The staff were immensely helpful and very friendly as well, especially Isa who helped us check in and was happy to answer any of our questions. The other staff who took care of us were also very lovely as well.
It would be great if there was a telephone in the room so it’s easier to request extra toiletries/coffee from staff without any need to go to the lobby. Also the coffee cups need to be checked as there were two unclean cups upon arrival unfortunately.

Phenomenal. The staff was extremely diligent and attentive. 1000000 stars for the staff. Might’ve been the best place I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are big and the bed is extremely comfortable. Lots of pillows and if you don’t like your pillow they have a pillow menu you can choose from! Robes in the closet. The pool is really nice and have very calm spa vibes. Breakfast was delish and great choice of options. The whole hotel is very clean and has an upscale feel. The main square is about 10 min calm walk and the area is very safe. Parking is safe and easy access but small so make sure to let them know you need it in advance. 10/10 will stay again, as we’re planning a visit to Bruges again soon.

The staff was very nice and welcoming
More attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. I had the smallest room (not that's the problem) and the bathroom was dirty, the toilet bowl, a lot of dust in the bathroom, the shower full of limescale, the sink dirty, the same in the room, cobwebs, the carpet full of stains and dust, the air was stuffy, unbreathable. when I entered the room only the bed linen had been changed and the floor had been washed a little, otherwise nothing.
