Greatly located property with parking facility. Walking distance to the historic town centre. Amazing that the hotel can accommodate a family of 5 comfortably in a single room (which is not very common). Clean and comfortable.

Proximity to city center and ofcourse main reason to stay i.e. swimming pool Excellent staff Paid parking at hotel. Though steep but very convinient.
1) Swimming pool, because: - Was small and 4+ was a crowd - Water was cold in the evening for an indoor pool - No green rooms to change etc. - On your way out, no way from inside. More like a haphazard 3 star property's arrangement than a 4 star one. 2) Breakfast was also okay. Had better ones in Antwerp in 2025 at 2 seperate hotels. 3) Lift could be claustrophoboc for some.

Well maintained, nice patio to overseen from the breakfast room. Parking lot in the back of the hotel, just as expensive as the parking garage close by. Nice and clean room. Very professional and friendly staff, let me check-in earlier and gave a lot of good advice!

Hotel is easy to find ideal if travelling by car. large car park.check in was very straightforward and quick. Room was superb large clean and very comfortable. Buffet style breakfast was lovely with everything you need,hot and cold selections.All staff friendly and efficient.

the location was good - breakfast was expensive for a buffet style offering so we ate out
the room was really dreary, not comfortable and needed decorating. It was very bland, no carpets and was above the koi carp pond so no chance of a lay in.

We liked the hotels close proximity to the centre of Bruges, and closeness to lots of little local bars. It has parking at €23 per night, but this was worth it. The staff are lovely and really helpful, and the breakfast is great, with a wide selection of food and drinks.
We found the pillows a little hard for us but everything else is perfect.

Lovely Hotel. Good location, 5 mins walk into the centre, but quiet with some excellent restaurants in the area and a wonderful bar attached. Very convenient parking at the rear.

Excellent location. Gorgeously kind and helpful staff. Good sized rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good parking facilities. LOvely pool, small but not too busy. Recommended for visits to Bruges.
WiFi was more or less unusable in the room.
