Room was a good size and well equipped - air conditioner was broken but we did not report this at the time we did not really need it all the time Location of hotel was excellent - walking distance all round and on a quiet street so no major disturbances Breakfast we tried once as we considered it very expensive at Euro 27 - had a fair variety of edibles Parking facility although expensive Euro 23 per day was very convenient Staff were super friendly and helpful all round Swimming pool a bonus - used it every day first thing - small but user friendly

good location
I chose this hotel because of its 4-star rating and review scores above 8, so my stay was a real disappointment. The room was only reachable by a very steep staircase that was hard to climb and even harder to come down. Because it sat directly above the swimming pool, it was constantly hot and humid, and there were mosquitoes. The air conditioning was badly positioned, blowing straight at you, so using it was uncomfortable too. The breakfast buffet was poor quality and nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. I paid full price for the room and breakfast, and honestly, the hotel did not deliver a 4-star experience.

Room good , pool small but nice. Gentleman on reception was brilliant and very friendly. Barman great when we had drinks before going out. Close walking distance to centre. Car park just around the corner.

Friendly staff, everything very clean and comfortable, huge bed, powerful shower, good breakfast, quiet location, walkable to the city centre, convenient for restaurants.
I did suggest to the receptionist that a second coffee machine in the dining room would be helpful as on the Saturday morning there was a long queue for coffee.

The Flanders’s hotel was well situated for a city break , the breakfast was very good and plenty choice .
The room we had was quite small and we struggled to get our motor bike gear dry after a very wet days riding as there is no drying facility and we would rather of had a lockable garage space for the motorbike, but we were allocated a space round the back at a pre bookable and payable charge

Very close to the city centre
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for parking, they are getting work done on the Carpark so there was no room, we had to park in a public carpark that was €24! Also, our room was very small and old! Not like any of the rooms shown when booking!

Good accomodation, relatively central location with on-site parking. Staff were very friendly & helpful
Our room was at the top of a steep staircase, which was difficult to get our luggage up to. Otherwise we couldn’t complain about our stay.
