Wonderful
Nice, well equipped studio. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Had plenty of coffee and tea. In the city centre. Highly recommended. Note: It is on the 3rd floor accessible via narrow stairs, so if you have heavy or big suitcases it is not for you.
A small toaster would have been nice.

This is a great little appartment - spacious enough for two, with good seeating area away from kitchen area, comfortable beds and an imaculate bathroom. Kitchen good with full size fridge - Microwave - Hob, Kettle and Coffee machine. Wifi was fine and the location was so convenient - good bars just around the corner and just off main shopping streets near to center and yet it was so quiet we were never disturbed by noise from streets (was September)
Only the sparsity of crockery - someone said there were no bowls and there were only two old and cracked, we took note and brought our own! - The rest was fine. The fridge was turned on Full on arrival and froze our salad! OK once we turned it down. The Appartment is on the second floor with a steep narrow staircase - not a problem for us but could be for some

Nice size
Studio I got was on street level (not what I booked!) only two windows directly onto the street (no cars so, only people walking by, but directly in front).
Sleeping room, no windows, very stuffy (no air flow).
Bath room and kitchen very clean, but insects (spiders) in the morning and during the night.
Fresh towels every day, but bed bugs (!) during the night and in the morning - have provided picture evidence to the manager.
Because of the rough (aged) surfaces - a lot of (old) dust on the walls, in crevices, inside (concrete) cupboards, under the wood cover of a "concrete bed side "stand" - directly beside the bed.

The location was good, the room big enough, nice view from the balcony
Check-in is 2pm, arrived 5pm and the room was not ready. Left my bag there, went back around 10pm, there was no reception, the barman gave me a key which was for a wrong room (so bit of mess till we find out). The room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator, only very very narrow dangerous stairs. The door key doesnt open the door (it's old), you need to "play" with it for few minutes. The shower battery was broken and stuck to very hot water output.

Unusual duplex cozy apartment. Terrace overlooking the rooftops of the central part of the city. There is a table and two chairs on the terrace - you can sit and drink coffee or have breakfast in the fresh air with a beautiful view. The bedroom and kitchen are on the upper level under the roof. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything you need, the atmosphere is cozy.
The climb up is up a very steep wooden staircase. Just be aware of this. Some switches and appliances are close to breaking, you'd better get everything repaired.

Everything was great, awesome facilities! Stayed here my second night in Bruges, as I had to escape my awful hostel stay. Wish I had stayed here the whole time, my studio room was everything I couldve asked for. Lovely lady at reception too

Good location, very friendly staff, clean flat, narrow but rustic stairs. We had a good time.
I would suggest to buy a few more dishes and pots.

We stayed in studio 3, on the second floor. It's a very sweet attic flat with twin room, kitchen/diner/lounge and bathroom. Very well located - you can walk from the station through the park in ~15 minutes and is much easier than going over the cobbles on the roads. Or get the free shuttle to the T'Zand which is round the corner and has many lovely restaurants. Modern bathroom.
No lift for studios 2 and 3. The kitchen equipment supplied is minimal and inadequate. You couldn't properly cook and eat there - there were only 3 small plates and no bowls. We even asked for bowls and they said they didn't have any. The check in as at the hostel round the corner - it would have been nice to have known this beforehand. If you don't want to do much cooking/eating and are mobile it's great.
