Good communication from the on site host/manager at reception. The location is excellent.... in the heart of Bruges, making it easy to get out early mornings and in the evenings when the tour crowds are gone.. Nice patio for relaxing away from the crowds and very quiet at night.
Everything was good. The apartments are basic, but well organized and clean.

Only 10 minutes walk from station and moments from all the sights. The 2 bed apartment was great for 4 of us as plenty of room to chill after long walks and many waffles

Excellent value and location. Good-sized apartment with full kitchen and king-size bed. Easy access to central Bruges and rail station. Sights and attractions are close, plenty of shopping nearby as well. Very charming.
Really can't think of anything we didn't like; it met our expectations.

The appartment was very nice, clean and cozy. It was also very nicely built for four people. There was very close to the center and at the same time easy to access and get out of the center by car. There was also a locked parking on the yard of the building. Great value for money

Perfect location, quiet but right near everything. The hosts were so kind and friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a small kitchen so we were able to have our breakfast. Nice outside garden area. We love Brugees

The apartment is exactly what you look for in your trip. Clean (very clean), close to attractions, right in the middle of the old town, hosts ready to solve any issue. The apartment has a safe deposit box where my big laptop fitted perfectly. Two complete bahtrooms with shower (one of the with a small tub). Comfortable living room with a sofa, a table and a small desk. A complete kitchen with a stove, microwave and a fridge. There is an elevator for the 1st floor (2nd floor in US terms)

We loved the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, the host was excellent providing us with lots of info, maps etc The location was perfect. It was nice & warm as we were there in cold wet weather. The gardens are beautiful even in the rain.
There is a great outdoor seating area in the garden.

My husband and I were travelling with our baby twins for the first time and the apartment was the perfect base for us. We had a lot of equipment with us for the babies and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate all of this and still be comfortable and appealing. Location was amazing, very central and 4 min walk to a supermarket. Secure parking and the lovely sunny courtyard was a bonus.

It was in such a peaceful location, yet only minutes away from the bustle of the main shopping street and famous square. Having a private courtyard shared with other residents was just lovely. The free coffee machine was a real bonus too- delicious coffee! Hans, the host was very helpful. The apartment was just the right size for two, well equipped, plenty storage and a very comfortable bed. The shower was great too, always plenty of hot water. It was one of the best places we have stayed- nothing to fault it.

Location is excellent 15 min walk to station, 10 min to old centre.
Quiet. Lovely garden for a relaxed drink. Has a small lift. Good self contained facilities.

The location is very good, in the old town centre yet quiet at night as it is in the side street and the crowds pass by next street. It is very clean, comfortable bed, warm at this time of the year - we could adjust the heating ourselves, easy to get in and out, friendly owner.
