Great location in a quiet neighbourhood very close to all thd main attractions. The host was friendly and helpful. Easy access in the building and the appartment. The bed and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable in my opinion.
There is no door at the bathroom, just a curtain, so basically you can hear and smell everything that is going on in there from the bed. I really don't understand this.... there was no shampoo, just a shower soap. And the noise isolation was't very good but i think that all the building in Bruges are lile that.

Clean, Comfortable and in an ideal spot for exploring Bruges. Would definitely recommend staying here to visit Bruges at Christmas time!

Francis was very helpful even refilling coffee pods for the room and helping with restaurant suggestions

Wow! The perfect stay in Bruges. Ticks all the boxes. Location is ideal as it has the advantage of being within historical centre but also a peaceful hideaway for guests. Francis was very kind, attentive and helpful upon every request. The room was impeccable, clean and fresh. Beautiful view of the church to wake up to every morning. Slept soundly as bed was incredibly comfortable. Lovely en-suite and shower.
Everything was simply perfect and really enjoyed every moment staying here. I will absolutely be returning next time I am in Bruges.

My stay was wonderful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The beds and pillows were fantastic. I slept very well. Francis and his staff were attentive and communicated before my arrival to ensure he was home when I arrived. I was asked what I wanted for breakfast and got more than I could eat. Excellent location with an easy walk into town . Large windows and a close up view of Sint Anna church
We had to keep moving the big armchairs around to be able to get to the bathroom with the windows open. But it would not stop us from staying here again!
