Nice hotel friendly and helpful staff. Good food and drink.
We were using the blue badge parking and people kept parking their bikes next to our car making it difficult to access our car.
Was also disappointed to find no soap in our room but we had some of our own. No air conditioning or fans so room was quite warm at night.

The bar/ restaurant staff are lovely and the bar and foyer area is comfy, light and well air conditioned. The bar is a nice place to sit for a beer and the terrace is nice as well. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Towels and sheets good quality and very clean. Good power in the shower.
Some of the reception staff are a bit grumpy and they often leave you waiting while they finish their chats. The rooms are not air conditioned and they don't have any fans either so in the 38 degree heat it was unbearable. The corridors are a bit shabby.

Nothing because it was too hot inside to even think what I could like about it.
It was impossible to breathe in this hotel it was so hot inside due to the lack of air conditioning or any ventilation in their rooms. When we asked staff for some ventilator they said they will look for it, later when we asked again since it was really impossible to be there other staff told us that they don’t have it since other guests have it and they won’t buy it for us!!! Rude staff in addition to terrible temperature inside, they don’t care about the guests at all. It was not the first time it was so hot in the area so it was easy to predict let that it will be very hot inside. Still, they did nothing to change it and let customers melt inside. We were supposed to relax and prepare for the day full of meetings but it turned into a nightmare and it was impossible to get proper sleep not talking about being able to relax. Nightmare, I don’t recommend to anyone until they install AC. People just seat in their lobby which has AC not to be in the rooms which are ovens. Other than that the hotel is just average and looks like they did not do any upgrades for a long time.

Just having free parking
Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we have had. In the first room, the toilet was clogged, so the staff moved us to another room. However, the bathroom sink in the second room was also clogged. When they finally offered us a third room, we had to wait for more than an hour in total.
To make matters worse, the staff even asked whether I had used anything in the second room while they were changing it. I found this question ridiculous and inappropriate, considering that we were moved because of problems with the room itself. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, we were made to feel as if we had done something wrong.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, gratis parking, good location
The room was like 30 degrees, no fan and no ac in the room. Hotel itself needs some renovation. Rooms are shabby and not even worth half of the price.

Location is a bit far but there are free parking. Staff were very friendly
When I checked in, floor was not clean, and the TV doesnt work at all. And the bath does not have any plug at all.
