Disappointing
Fine for an overnight stay.
Room wasn't clean. Bathroom disgusting. Mouldy grout and just generally gross.
Breakfast overpriced and most of it had run out. No eggs, no bacon, no croissants, no bread, no bowls, no spoons, no milk. The woman made you feel bad for asking for anything to be refilled.

room was ok. breakfast was expensive evening meal was expectable but limited choice.
no safe in the room which is a challenge when travelling in a foreign country. the maintenance team came into our room to fit a lock on the window without informing us and nobody at the hotel seemed to know anything about it. we arrived 1 hour early and when i asked about checking in i was told it would be an additional 15 euro's per room. they didn't even check if the room was ready at this point.

Location and the barman/waiter was very professional and friendly.
The carpets in the halways were very dirty and stained, there was rubbish in the lift and no soap/shampoo in the shower.

The staff! They were all amazing. Each and everyone of the almost 10 people I had direct conversations with were professional and very warm. I hope that's how they always are, but going by my 1 night, they were the real deal.
I wonder why but there was no fridge in the room. Would really have loved that.

At least we were refunded and stayed over at the Crown Plaza in Antwerp instead.
The hotel is seriously run down. The rooms are dirty and stains on the bedding and walls. Disgusting.

Very dirty in tbe bathrooms,smellimg bad,they have just a bad breakfeast,cold boiled eggs ,some of them full of hair directly betwen the others eggs,tbe omlete eggs cold and like plastic,the cofee was bit normal,no hot milk,not normal nothing.After the braekfeast i was go up stairs and vomit all,my belly was pain me seversl hours,i travel to airoport in very bad situation .Because of the bad breakfeast..My stomac was continued bas for several days.Desapointed.

Nearly everything, but a pity the car park is behind the property, especially in view of the rain at the time of unloading /loading our baggage. Bar staff very friendly.
