This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude. No "hello," no smile. When we checked in and went up to our room, it was immediately clear that it was dirty. The floor was dusty and full of stains. They hadn’t vacuumed or mopped. The bed was stained, and under it, there were dust bunnies everywhere. There were crumbs from food left on the nightstands. It felt like they hadn’t cleaned properly between guests. Every day, the cleaning staff came, but they barely did anything. They just changed the towels and made the bed, but neither the toilet nor the room were cleaned. When we told them the room was dirty, they finally vacuumed, but it was done poorly. The stains were still there, and it still didn’t feel clean. The room didn’t have AC, so we had to open the window at night. This led to mosquito bites and made it impossible to sleep. As if that wasn’t enough, they double-booked our room. In the middle of the night, two people opened our door with their key card because they had been booked into our room. It was completely unprofessional, and the staff didn’t say anything until we went down to the reception ourselves. My advice: save your money and book another hotel. I’ve stayed at hotels in Africa that were cleaner and nicer than this one.

nothing.....never had such a bad hotel...and i sleep 5-8 days every month in hotels in different counties
1. Bad housekeeping, i slept there 3 different times, but always dirty rooms, for exampe a used sock in the bathroom, cold cigarette smoke, .... 2. Not enough parking places 3. last time i had to pay twice but stay only once, i paid cash there and some later they took it once again from my credit card .... 4. They ask for extra money for the guest tax, every hotel in belgium had a complete price with the tax

Just for one night stay. Close to main road.
Rooms don't have any ventilation and AC. When opening window there is huge noise from street. Better to avoid this hotel especially when on street very hot. One more worst invention was automatic sink tap. After activating it works 1-2 sec. and finally completely stop to work. I had to finish clean my toots on shower.

Great hotel for a stopover as you travel further into Europe. Have stayed here before and as always, trouble free check in and great service from staff. Was a Sunday when I was there so quiet to boot.
It was a little understaffed, but for a Sunday that is normal. The staff member on duty did a superb job even when the bar became busy and she was having to run back and forth.

Disappointing
It was impossible to make changes in the booking because the hotel took forever to respond to messages or to answer calls (they didnt actually answer the call at all). When they finally responded they only responded to one of my inquiries and ignored the other one again and again. Couldn't get an invoice from the hotel in time, then it was with mistakes. When we arrived there were troubles with proving that we have already paid for it. Very bad experience organization-wise.

The girl at the front desk Alexia tried to de-escalate and stay friendly, but this was the only positive thing
1. Third time there - but every time bad house keeping...last time stale cigarette smoke in the room, this time there was a sock hanging in the bathroom, the toilet lid was open, towels looked used and were lying unfolded in the bathroom, in the bedroom some of the furniture was scattered on the floor, possibly because the window was wide open 2. I slept every month in hotels in belgium, this time was the first time i had to pay not the amount like written in the app booking.com, they asked for extra money for the tourist tax....In Germany, tourist tax must be included in the total amount on booking portals, which has always been the case in the past 3. The doors and the furniture and the floor carpet are dirty and very old, time for a renovation....and perhaps with a aircondition for the summer in the future - therefore is it very cold there in the winter because of the small eletcric radiator 4. parking places less then guests
