The place itself was so awesome. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Treated me (a African woman) as shit even suggested that I was too poor to pay for a stay there.
Rude staff, unclear directions. No smoking facilities. No room service or not even a chance to get a snack or anything.

Breakfast and the staff try to assist you with your request as much as possible.
The Bathroom is not hygienic. Needs renovation and has fungi. The pictures were left at the frontdesk Lady. There is a bad smell coming from the bathrooms on the 2nd floor.

The lobby was nicely designed and gave a good first impression. Staff was polite and generally okay.
The entire floor and our room had a strong foul/gutter smell that lasted all night. Shower had visible mold. No basic toiletries were provided. Cleanliness of linens seemed questionable — my daughter developed pimples on the side of her face where she slept. Overall, while the lobby and staff were fine, the room conditions and cleanliness fell far below expectations.

I went there in the summer, and the room was roasting hot. There is no air-conditioning and no fan. it made for an uncomfortable night sleep.

We were 2 families with teenagers and had a wonderful time. The Hotel is in a residential area so very peaceful and pleasant. The rooms are nice and comfortable .A Great Place. We all including the Kids loved it.The Staff were very Helpful and Nice.

Decent room, free parking, friendly staff, and mostly value for money!
The location is maybe a bit far out for some, but there are some places to eat close by as well. Furthermore, it's a quite pleasant stroll into town or alternatively you can take public transport from Berchem Station.
