Great value. Excellent staff and convenient to public transportation. Loved having a balcony.
For a city hotel, its nice to be able to pull up and empty your bags right up front. Staff is very professional, which is greatly appreciated . Very few hotel stays are perfect and they managed the imperfections in the best way.
Garage is first come, first served and its tiny. We requested a spot in advance but it doesnt work that way. I think it would be helpful to be able to book a non refundable garage spot if you dont want to take your chances. Id have paid a premium price to guarantee a spot.
We were 3 people and stayed two nights. They give 3 coffee pods per stay, and not per night. This is a ridiculous policy.

Lovely building, really clean, helpful staff. Room upgrade was great and unexpected.
A small thing but I was only given 2 coffee pods for a three night stay. Looked like I had to buy more if I wanted fresh ones.

Walking distance from the Central Train Station
Breakfast. The dining area is small and uncomfortable. The dishes and drinks are average or poor quality, e.g cappuccino is made from milk powder.
Room size. I booked a comfortable twin room (40 square meters) via booking. But the actual room size is only 35 square meters.
Amenities. No bath amenities except for liquid soap and shower gel in a dispenser, which is not nice for the class of the hotel and the price tag.
