Wonderful
The apartments were great. Good rooms, comfortable beds and spacious. Great value for the price. The staff were also very helpful, and the breakfast options good.

We had a wonderful stay overall.The room was clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.The location is excellent -very convenient to reach the main station and within a short walk you'll find plenty of restaurants and cafes.
The only downside was the breakfast.While it was decent, we didn't feel it offered good value for the money and i think there are better breakfast options nearby.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommended this hotel.

The balcony was dirty.the house keeping where to quick to tidy and leave. They didn't clean well and replace the used cups and spoons. They didnt come to clean the floor when the glass cup got broken.

The rooms are spacious and neat.
One of our rooms was not cleaned even when we dropped off the key for Housekeeping.
This was very disappointing because it was the room occupied by my kids.
No smart TV.

Amazing large room, wish we had a balcony, did not have the breakfast as it was too expensive.

We had thought we had booked nearer city centre) same name as city centre so we had underestimated how long it would take to get back and forward from ameneties but beautiful hotel staff were amazing as was cleanliness and breakfast lovely too.
