Bart & Eva are really open, visitor-focused, ready to meet any expectations.
As it comes to place, definetely the most unique, original and amazing one to stay in which I have had opportunity to stay in my life.
The most appealing for me is individual character of each room. I am looking forward for possibility to stay in Antwerp once more to book different one.

The building and rooms are really beautiful and the location is great. The street itself is quiet, but there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to the city center (or take a tram). The owners are super friendly. Would highly recommend

Breakfast (at additional cost), was lovely & relaxed with plenty of food on offer.
The room was clean and comfortable & a bonus having a bathtub. The bath shampoos etc were a great product.
The music memorabilia & being able to play some music was a hit. Definitely a must stay for those with the live if contemporary & rock music
Our room was up 2 flights of stairs (but on arrival we were àssisted in getting our luggage up).

The best guesthouse experience we have ever had. Bart and Eva give a lovely warm and genuine welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. They offered great insight about the city, and topped it off with incredible creativity in the room designs, and a wonderful fortifying breakfast. We will definitely be returning.

Such a great place and location! Eva was responsive to anything we needed. Room and main kitchen were stocked with beer and wine (for a fee), coffee and tea in the room. We stayed in the Icelandic room and it was beautiful! We could have spent our days just hanging in the room reading and napping. If you are a music aficionado (I can’t claim to be) you’ll love all the books and memorabilia. The lodge is located near a square with lots of great food options. It was always lively with people and little kids (park there, too). I’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you Eva and Bart!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of where the action is in Zurenborg quarter, but at the same time very quiet. The hosts are born for this, they are just so nice and warm, making you feel welome immediately and very willing to give suggestions for restaurants, shopping, museums etc. We can highly recommend to take the room we had, Icelandic. Spacious, comfortable, with own large kitchenette with everything in it. Free water, tea, coffee and supplementary choice of Belgian beers in the fridge. Super comfortable bed with nice linnen and a modern, well equipped bathroom with large shower and bath tops it off.

The staff is friendly and available, there was an issue in my room which was quickly fixed. Excellent breakfast with plenty of food and of course if you like music it is the right place!
Perhaps a bit expensive, although the structure and the services being offered are excellent.
