I arrived at the hotel very early at 06:00am, the coustmer service makes sure I check room available for me. I was checked in before time. I was so pleased.
The environment, the room cleaned and the views and the hotel in right at the Heart of the city centre, shops and restaurants and transport was easy to access.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great that the hotel was able to store our luggage at the beginning and end of our stay. Location was excellent right next to the station, zoo and Chocolate Nation. The room was very clean. The space and furniture were excellent . Plenty of toiletries. Bathrobes and complimentary slippers. Good selection of teas and coffee. There was a mini fridge to store drinks and cold snacks. Also bonus was the air conditioning in hot weather. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel restaurant . Instead we enjoyed bagels from the cafe that is part of the hotel. Friendly service and a great variety of treats. The service in the bar was excellent. The extra nibbles and €5 voucher was appreciated. The pool area was well set up and the water a good temperature. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The pool overlooks the station which for sure was an added bonus.
Requested a twin room as I was traveling with my 22 year old son but we were given a double bed. Biscuits at the tea and coffee station would have been an added bonus. No complimentary water/drinks station in the pool/sauna area.

Close to the station, but still away the main touristic area such as grote markt
I am extremely disappointed with the facilities and services at this hotel. I called in advance to request a room suitable for a 4-month-old baby, and the staff insisted that I book a Junior Suite to accommodate a cot. To my frustration, the 'cot' was nothing more than a sofa bed, forcing my baby to sleep in the bed with us. What was the point of paying a premium for this room if the promised cot space wasn't even provided? Furthermore, I specifically asked if the sauna was open before booking, and was assured it was. In reality, the steam room was out of service, and the sauna was absurdly tiny. The swimming pool was equally abysmal; it was poorly maintained with broken interior parts—a blatant disregard for safety regulations. Used towels were scattered everywhere, and there was absolutely no staff managing the cleanliness of the area. Even the housekeeping was unacceptable. The cleaning staff failed to replace the toilet tissue on the first day, leaving us with what was left. By the next day, they failed to provide any new rolls entirely, even after we had run out. It is truly baffling that a Radisson Blu would operate with such low standards. This entire experience was unacceptable. AVOID BOOKING AT ALL COSTS. 호텔의 기본이 안되어있는곳. 지저분하다는 느낌이 들고, 특히 사우나 수영장은 굉장히 작고, 부실하게 관리되어 정리가하나도안되어있음. 다른 호텔을 예약을 추천드립니다.. (시티센터랑 더 가까운데가세요)

We had a fabulous room overlooking the square. Receptionist was brilliant and very helpful. We were travelling by bike and we were able to store these in the underground car park.

Good location and good sized room
Probably expected a nicer hotel for a Raddison and one of the staff members were not so helpful which was fine but treated us as if we were annoying, however the others were lovely so that made up for it.
