Very Good
The bed and the bathroom were good.
The room was empty compared to the size. There was no working table to put my computer. Also there was one armchair which was very heavy and uncomfortable

Good
Amazing view of Antwerpen Centraal. Extremely comfortable super king bed.
We asked for some additional tea bags and milk to be delivered to our room. On arrival, the male employee entered our room uninvited while my wife was laid in bed. We both found this extremely uncomfortable and off-putting. Shame as the hotel itself is great.

The bed was big and so comfortable. The most comfortable bed we had in our 2 weeks of travelling. The location was a plus as we came and left by train and the spectacular train station is right in front of the hotel.

Great location, right next to train station and room at a reasonable price. Usual Raddison hotel standard.
Some may prefer to be in the centre, this is a good walk away (which we like).

Wonderful
Friendly reception, clean throughout. Only 20 minute brisk walk from the city centre although many quality eating places & fine shops en route to where there are even more excellent restaurants & cafes.
It’s location, price & convenience

Wonderful
Large, comfortable room and bed. Located opposite the magnificent old train Station and close to the historic old city center. Great breakfast and on-site parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent hotel restaurant.

Pleasant
Fabulous location. Wonderful view from the breakfast room (why isn’t that room used more - what a waste).
Price of water, price in general in the hotel was extremely high. Cheaper hotels in the area provide a water jug and ability to refill.

Wonderful
Great location in front of the central station - easy to get to anywhere in the old part of the town. Swimming pool and sauna were great The room was very spacious and having a bath tab was great too!
There were so many insects and mosquito in the room so we struggled a bit during the night.

Very Poor
Location
Staff were rude and strictly enforced a nonsensical rule about no bicycles in rooms due to “security” and “fire risk”. A filthy towel was provided.

Pleasant
Breakfast area with view of the station. Breakfast food was also good and diversified.
Wellness area is left without staff and not all present services are working due to maintenance.
Moreover, even if I booked the room (for two nights) more than 3 months in advance, the room was not delivered as requested (two single beds instead of a double bed).
Staff at reception did simply nothing to find a solution and told me that double beds are delivered based on availability...
Honestly, maybe I am wrong, but my feeling is that their model based on “room customization” gives more priority to customers that pay some extra…
I expected more clarity, quality and customer care from a chain as Radisson Blu. At least at same level of other similar chain I visited.
Last but not least, I think both Radison and Booking.com should be more clear to customers about what they are paying and what will be actually delivered.
Surprise kill customers trust on both of you!

Exceptional
Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable room, great bed. Lovely staff, very attentive. Lovely view of the magnificent station.
Drop-off at the hotel was difficult, as it's a busy road and no parking available
