Disappointing
I didn't get murdered in my sleep
Black mold on the ceiling, and a mouse in the breakfast room. The toilet cistern ran constantly. The cleaning staff kept leaving the window pork, negatung the aircin and letting in asps and mosquios. If this is a four star hotel, i shudder to think what a three star one is.

Pleasant
The staff was really friendly and the location is great.
I asked for a quiet room because I had barely slept the past couple of nights. The receptionist was kind enough to give me a room that he deemed quiet, on the last floor. But the windows weren't sound-proofed enough so I could hear people screaming on the street at all hours of the night, and the bedroom walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor's loud TV. I barely slept. My room specifically looked rough: the mirror was hanging diagonally (a nail had knocked off and no one bothered to fix it), the light switches were coming off the wall, half of the light fixtures didn't work.

Wonderful
Location. Just a 10-minute walk from Antwerpen Centraal Train Station. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast at the hotel.

Very Good
Our room was spacious, and clean. The decor of the hotel is a little dated, but the hotel is clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the location is super for Antwerp exploring

Wonderful
The location was great and the staff both helpful and nice
The sounds from the big street penetrating the room was a bit loud. Might have been one glass windows that didn’t shut them out much.

Disappointing
There's no air conditioning. And in july, it's simply unbearable. Rooms are ok, but a bit old.
