One tall guy in restaurant /reception downstairs is very very rude. Like he is tired just to be there. Almost have fight with me because I made coffe for my self after very long waiting in bar. Also I looked for someone to help me but nobody was there from stuff. All women’s very nice .

Great location when travelling up to The Netherlands, family friendly with a nice pool and football area perfect for a quick stop over.
There are no shops/restaurants etc. without driving somwhere nearby but I expected this when booking.

Great hotel and location, plentiful of car parking spots.
Room was clean and had a nice quiet sleep. Helped with the AC.
Breakfast choices were plentiful, boiled eggs, beans, toast, fruit, yogurt and cereals
Only negative was the amount of flies on the food and drinks. Crossoints were full of them and flies kept dropping into the juice.
Better check in process. Two workers were busy chatting while we waited clearly ready to check-in.

Quick and easy check in, nice little pool in the garden.
Stayed as a family with a toddler. The hotel don’t have rooms with a double and a single bed so a room with a sofa bed was the only option. We had to make up the bed ourselves and there were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the bed so I had to return to reception to request some. The toilet in our room hadn’t been cleaned which was unpleasant and they wouldn’t allow us to sit outside on the terrace to order and evening meal, we were only able to order snacks as staff didn’t have time to set the table. We tried to explain that there was no need to set a table and that we were happy to collect the food and cutlery ourselves but we had to settle for snacks as my 3 year old was happier sat at the tables outside.

We arrived early at the property and the very unempathetic attendant said that the room was not available and that was fine. We confirmed if the reservation is ok and he said yes. We came back later and checked in and only when we got to the room there was no bed for our children. The new attendant went to the room to make the bed and in the end he didn't have the mattress available. He had to change rooms, take out all the bags and we still stayed in a room that didn't have a double bed. We lost more than two hours in this situation.

Stayed for two nights whilst supporting our son who was competing in an athletics meet at the nearby stadium. Location was good for this but there is nothing else close by, it is in the industrial area. Clean, comfortable room and dog friendly. It served our purpose.
Lack of staff in the restaurant and the opening hours were minimal. Nothing else close by for lunch.
