Lots of parking space at the location. Very clean rooms. We loved the clean pool and the garden, these are the main assets of the hotel. The pool is perfect for families and the garden is big and green with plenty of space for the kids to play. Table tennis available in the garden. Breakfast buffet was ok, basic, but enough, you had all you need for breakfast, did not feel that we're missing something. Bonus were the fresh pancakes and the fresh smoothies, kids loved these. Dinner (burger) was a bit overpriced, but tasty.

Staff not knowing that my family and I paid for breakfast. The situation was finally taken care of. But could have been less stressful and prevented.

Bar and restaurant staff were fantastic. Checking and out was easy. Cocktails, bat snacks and dinner was great and generous portions. Loads of parking.

room , bed ,bar were all good
it is about 5 years since we were last at this hotel and the breakfast was much better 5 years ago , for example the only choice of eggs were scrambled or hard boiled , no mushrooms no grilled tomato an d on only one of the 3 days were there baked beans ,all the bacon was smoked , however the bread,cheese, cold meats ,cereals etc were fine if you like that type of breakfast.

I like that there’s a swimming pool and spacious bedroom
The swimming pool water wasn’t that clean and the female Asian looking receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. It seems like she’s always annoyed when guests ask her for something or even during check out.

- Stuff at the reception was very helpful and kindhearted. I requested a baby crib , but it was not put there in our room. Even though household cleaning left, the receptionist helped to arrange a baby crib. - Breakfast was nice with good options.
There was no soap on the washbasin, the phone was not working, and household help weren't giving coffee tea or milk or sugar. In the mor, ing when I wanted to make my coffee , nothing was there.. I had to ask them to refill each morning. As I mentioned, I requested a baby crib, and my request was approved by the prooerty,but the baby crib was not put in our room.

Fast check in check out
Cleaning service open the door at 7h on Saturday to make the cleaning. The same on Sunday even if the don’t disturb is put on the door. Broken air conditioning thermostat., temperature set around 17 degree. We have cool air during the night we need to wear some sweaters under the duvet .. Hand washing empty on the bathroom when we arrived

The carpet of our room was really dirty. During the night we smelled smoke. The sink of the toilet was clogged. The breakfast was simple.

It situation.
It wasn’t that clean. The room we had was tired, we had a room with facilities for the disabled but it was very small and no mobility aid could get into the shower room. In the morning there was no hot water and no alternative was suggested or offered which The extractor fan in the bathroom hadn’t been clean for a long time.
