Room and location
Error in booking meant we had to leave after 1 night instead of 2 staff did not help us as we struggled to get something else. Was very stressful and upsetting. Has to go to another hotel also fully booked but their staff assisted us. Appreciate it was not their problem but assisting to female travellers would have been helpful.

Comfortable rooms, good bathrooms. The hotel is great for business trips and being right next to the station makes it a good base for exploring the area. I found the breakfast to be excellent and well worth adding. All staff I encountered were very helpful and professional.
Really I couldn't say there was anything I didn't like about this hotel. I'd come back here next time.

We booked this hotel because we had concert tickets at the Elisabeth Concert Hall. The Hotel is within easy walking distance to the Concert Hall. The check-in was easy, the room was quiet, although you could see the train tracks to the neighbouring Central Station. The best surprise was the breakfast - never seen so many choices of plant based products - well done. We will definitely book this hotel again. To park the car, we used the Interparking Central - pre-booked parking guarantees a spot - and sooooo many spots to charge an electric car - pleasant surprise.

I will visit this Hotel again anytime I'm in Antwerp.Great location. Few minutes away from Antwerp central station
During my 3 days stay with the hotel I only sleep up to 6:30am in the morning. There's someone always drilling something at the back of the hotel when I asked I was told they were doing some fire installation. I really got pissed.

The location is amazing, it is near the train station and located at the city center
There was a construction work that wasn't announced anywhere starting at 8 am and didn't stop until 1. It disturbed my sleeping.
And 5 minutes before the checkout time, the staff was ringing the bell room 2 times even though I still have 5 minutes to get ready to leave the room.

Delightful refreshment drinks in the check-in area, which were most enjoyable. The lounge and bar boasted a modern, chic design. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I was unable to utilise the rest of the facilities the hotel had to offer.
The check-in process could be a faster.
