Just several steps away from train station.
Many mosquitoes all night and bite me. Stairs are narrow that if there's fire would be hard to escape.

Not much.
The hairdryer was dangerously smoking and was not replaced. Despite multiple requests, the hotel is not refunding us the sum we paid (in three distinct attempts) for the on-site parking. Despite having sent all necessary bank documentation, they are not even answering our emails.

Across from the train station. I was upgraded to a bigger and quieter room. Very happy with that. The staff at reception were very efficient. Easy check in. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Inside the bedroom you had a coffee machine that heats up hot water for making tea. The breakfast consisted of hot and cold dishes. I would be very happy to come back here again

Fair
The hotel is located opposite the Antwerpen-Centraal train station, which makes it very approchable for train travelers.
Very tiny room, with a twin bed (not a king or queen). Barely any space to move around, and definitely not comfortable enough to spend time in other than sleeping. It's a double room, but only one chair was provided. Quite steep price of €135 per night. No description whatsoever about how to reach the hotel by car. Hotel reception not available by phone. Very annoying way to be welcomed.
Parking in the hotel's own parking apparently is only suitable for tiny cars as I was refused entry. Alternative parking nearby in Interparking Breidel is convenient, but costs €25 per 24 hours, which is quite steep, in my opinion.
My recommendation: go to the other Leonardo (The Plaza) in Antwerp; the night before I had a very comfortable, big bed and large room and much more quiet, same price. Much better bang for buck there.
