The breakfast was very nice. The location was good for what we needed (to be close to the train station).
Being so close to the train station it also felt a little more sketchy in terms of safety.

The design
I couldn’t sleep because of the constant noise. There were loud street noises, a generator running, and possibly trains as well. On top of that, the cleaning staff started very early in the morning, making even more noise. Overall, it was a very poor experience. The ground-floor room was a bad choice due to the lack of peace and privacy. People were sitting right outside the windows, and they appeared to be either homeless or intoxicated, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fruits, cheeses, meat, and pastry. The location is very close to the train station and zoo, as well as public transportation. The shower is super and even includes hair conditioner (I rarely see this in hotels).
I was in a room on the first floor facing an inner porch and dining area. I had to close the curtain in the evening for privacy and that did not allow sunlight to enter the room.

Great location, close to trams and magnificent train station. Stylish but comfortable and well designed. Quiet and lovely beds. Fluffy dressing gowns and good air con. Ideal in the hot weather. Very helpful staff. We'd stay again.

Well located near the Antwerp Central train station . Decor was nice and bar/dining area very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and all staff smiling and helpful.
Lack of management available to address problems leaving reception staff unsupported. Lack of available maintenance staff to fix faulty window making it extremely noisy.

The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Very sensibly you are given the option not to have new towels every day. The staff are delightful, efficient and helpful. The location is good being near the train station and opposite a tram stop. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful . There was a small garden off the breakfast room where you could sit if weather permitted. There were also tables on the pavement.
A detailed map of the historic centre would have been very useful. Very easy to get lost after a good dinner! Not obtainable from Tourist Info office so if the hotel put one together it would be a bonus.
