Parking is large, easy to find a parking place.
access is difficult, personnel staying long time on computer when asking to check-in, my colleague's room had just not been cleaned at all at arrival, surroundings are horrible.

The receptionist was extremely nice. We arrived very late at night and he offered us freshly baked croissants from the kitchen.
The shower was quite bad, the temperature kept changing and the stream direction could not be adjusted

Great, easy budget hotel stay. Almost a total self-service experience. Nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and efficient, if not a bit on the small side. Perfect for a stopover stay.
AC unit in the room didn't work effectively; had trouble keeping the room cool at night.

Free parking. The people who work there are friendly.
Booking says that the hotel has air conditioning (look at attached photo), but not, the hotel said that is only air, and is warm or hot, not cold. We slept horrible, I woke up with headache.

large free private parking spaces, decent and good value rooms (basic, but clean and with reasonable comfort), breakfast options available (extra fee), elevator, helpful staff, room access by code, overall good value
breakfast options in the morning are not exhaustive (it is still decent, but you do not have too many choices), not many outlets in the room (especially if you have more than 1-2 people wanting to plug their phone in to charge)
