The Novatel hotel next door
The rooms are tiny, the place stinks of effluent every day, no air conditioning just a fan and told keep the room a little cooler you have to open the window allowing Mosquitoes in. The is no fridge in the room to cool and keep water to drink. There is no restaurant on site, just a vending machine, which is either empty or broken. The breakfast is a waste of money and to buy a coffee will cost you a euros as there is not even a kettle in the room for making drinks. The place is remote and not easy to get to unless you have a car. This is the WORST place to stay, and the Ibis company should be ashamed to have people pay for this disgrace of a facility. Booking.com, you should be advising your clients not to stay at this facility.

Location enroute to Germany. Excellent parking. Friendly staff.
Air conditioning was faulty. Lots of mosquitoes. No room facilities eg tea/coffee.

Bad quality for a lot of money
Small rooms,not enough space for 3 people,the room is supposed to be offered for one person. Not enough towels for 3 people. The aircon.was not working. There was no lounge in the hotel for resting.

Fit 3 people easily
Booked for 3 people.
There were only towels for 2 ppl.
The third bed was not made.
Had to go 4 times to reception and actually the fifth one I just gave up and slept without bedding goods because I was too tired.
The morning I just wanted a coffee before leaving and it was a broken machine, just the cherry on top!

It wasn’t expensive, and was in a town I wanted to visit, other than that it wasn’t good
It was filthy, tired looking, aircon didn’t work at all, so had to keep the window open, then got eaten in the night be insects. Car park full of trucks when we got there, gave the feeling of an untidy truck stop

Beware that this hotel is located in the industrial, harbor zone of Antwerpen, and getting to it from the central railway station takes at a minimum 30 minutes via public transport / bike.
