The hotel is very well located , right next to the station and closed to grocery stories and bars/restaurants.staff was young and friendly
The room is small but pleasant. However, I found it quite unusual that the bathroom facilities were separated: the toilet was in one area, the sink was in the middle of the room, and the shower was behind a separate small door. I assume this design was intended to save space, but it gave the room a rather budget feel.
Unfortunately, on the first day there was no shower gel provided—the dispenser had been left empty instead of being replaced—so I had to use the hand soap from the sink to wash both my body and hair. The next morning, I informed the receptionist, who promptly provided a full replacement.
Breakfast is served in a nice room. While there isn’t a wide variety of options for those who are lactose intolerant, there are still some choices available, including cereals, yogurt, coffee, ham, boiled eggs, bread, apples, and small pastries.
Overall, it’s a budget hotel in a very convenient location.

- Hotel allowed early check-in and kept my luggage after checkout (for a price of 2 EUR)

Super comfortable room. Daily cleaned. There's breakfast room where everyone can use water machine and microwave. You can ask for fork knife and spoon at the reception. Free towel is provided
No socket near the bed. The bathroom door cannot be locked and it's a little bit see-through so it's awkward when taking bath

Price was good according to location
Room was so small and smells like moldy. Pillows and beds were unconfortable, bed bases were the worst one ever saw, the mattress is sliding off the bed; I bumped my foot twice. Floor seems clean but makes the socks dirty after some walk. Room cleaning stuff asked 2 times to clean the room when we were in leaving status.

I really didn't like the design of the shower's entrance, the door is transparent which can be akward in many situations when travelling with family, I hope they can change it so it can be like a normal one.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's located right next to the central station and next to a supermarket, which is great.
We had a 3-person room with a double bed and a loft bed. The loft bed was extremely dusty, there were piles of dust and filth in-between the mattress and bed frame. The door to the shower cabin didn't fully close which made showering a bit tougher.

Wonderful
It was very convenient to the train station. It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was good value. We were able to walk to the central part of Antwerp which was delightful.
The walk from the bus station was unsettling, bums, trash, dirty.

The hotel is next to the central station (possibly the most beautiful train station in the world). Simple and cheap, but clean and quiet. Very nice for a single budget traveler like me. Good location to start exploring the city on foot or via public transport. For international travelers it can also be a good base to visit several cities in Belgium and Holland via train. Friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet was quite basic. They didn't offer hot food (eggs/bacon/sausage/...) At least not on a Monday morning at 6:30.
