Location excellent-close to Central station. Room clean with basic amenities, but a bit cramped. It was a basic room so small was not unexpected. Staff very friendly.

Nothing, maybe coffee in the morning and early breakfast
Loud, dirty it looked more like a hostel than a hotel. Some students in the next room were having an after party at 4:30 AM and they woke me up - the noise didn’t stop untill 6 am - despite the receptionist tried to calm them down . A terrible experience . 28 eur for parking extra.

Like every IBIS budget hotel. This hotel is very near to the train central station and restaurants. I think this is the best thing about this hotel. Bed and everything are the same with all IBIS budget hotel. Also, the space is a little bit bigger than the other IBIS budget.
I got a lot of rashes when I stayed in the hotel. I'm not so sure if it came from the bed or the dusts in the bed or from the previous hotel we stayed. But it keeps going on until few days. Maybe, IBIS should check your bed especially if they were unused for quite a while.

A very basic room, but clean with a comfortable bed. Note: no AC for the summer, but a fan is available from the front desk. Good shower. Clean towels. Location is very accessible to the Meir pedestrian street and at the far end of the train station (10min walk to the train was a plus). The train station is beautiful.
The area outside the train station was a little seedy, but once inside the hotel no problems.

The location was very nice right next to the train station. We rented the city bikes and they had a close drop of point. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room had a very heavy cigarette smell, we had to keep the window open all the time. It was not clean properly, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Exceptional
Me and my cousin had a great time! The room is clean and doesn’t smell anything the beds are comfortable to sleep on even though the price for staying is affordable. It is really just 2-3mins walk from the Antwerpen Centraal Station it’s very convenient if u want to commute and use the train and just 9-10mins walk from the central shopping center itself. Also the housekeepers and staffs are very understandable and easy to talk with— hassle free. The hotel is really memorable for our first euro summer trip and we will probably go back next time!

The corridors smell horribly. The shower was like a caravan shower. You basically don't have a bathroom. Shower is in the room.

Location right next to the central station (if you know your way). If you arrive by train, make sure to exit towards the south side (Mediaplein). It is a long walk around if you exit towards the main entrance at the north side.
The hotel let us check in early as the room was ready when we arrived at 11am. Top notch!

The hotel is nicely situated and not far from the central station (if you don't use the main station exit/entrance but the one on the opposite side!). The room was clean.
There is no air conditioning. Neither of us slept well for the entire week as the room got very warm and opening the window meant surrounding construction noise and mosquitoes, and gave the neighbours across the street a perfect view of our entire room. Our room was cleaned and towels were exchanged every day unless we kept the do-not-disturb sign outside. No "we only change towels if you really want because we care about the environment" or similar. During check-in, the receptionist questioned whether we (couple of two women) really did want a double bed. No direct unfriendliness or so, but a completely unnecessary question.
